Go to another Starbucks. They made me the wrong drink from an online order. The manager was rude and wanted to recharge me to remake the drink. They still had no idea how to make the correct drink

I always order the same drink every time I go to Starbucks, but this was hands down the worst I’ve ever had. One sip was enough to make my head spin—literally. I have no idea how they managed to mess it up this badly. Order things here, what you will get is iced shaken espresso without espresso and the worst pink drink in the us.

But we had The worst experience at the Bankockburn Mariano’s Starbucks. unprofessional and rude barista simply ignored the people in line this morning , and after 15 Minutes of waiting and watching her filing up on line orders ONLY , some people just shook their head and walked away , and those who stayed and asked if they can be acknowledged got a rude response from barista. Rude , unprofessional and zero customer service from the barista. Her attitude was very inappropriate at work. My family was in disbelief of how barista talked to the customers. Arguing and raising her voice . And all this time her “trainee” smirked and gave dirty looks to customers. Disappointed and disgusted by the Starbucks employee behavior . We Won’t step foot in this Starbucks again .

Was not the best iced coffee I’d ever had but there was only one employee working and a decent amount of people waiting! I know how hard it is to work in customer service when there’s a rush so I felt bad she was alone but wished my coffee tasted better!
