It was great. A friend keeps posting of all delicious treats they make and finally came into town to stop by. Little pricey but Ill pay again because it was so good.

OH MY GOSH, are you kidding me with your new PBJ and Chocolate vanilla cream croissants!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just shared them with my office and everyone lost their minds. They are perfection with perfect crispness and soft and perfect texture inside. Seriously, i was falling out of love with your Ham & Cheese with them being a little too dry but if you make them all like this going forward, you will sell hundreds a day. Love you guys and appreciate the hard work and making something new and incredible!!!!!

The Mexican hot chocolate cookies were great.! There is a touch of heat at the end.

A lovely bakery with plenty of seating, clean bathrooms, and a great selection of fancy pastries! Our favorite was the creme brulee! Amazing!

My sister and I enjoy going here for a special treat and a relaxing chat. Service is always friendly and quick. Pastries are scrumptious and flaky.

Ambrosia Cafe and Patisserie is an absolute gem! My wife and I stopped by looking for a cozy spot to enjoy some quality coffee and pastries, and this place exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere has a charming European feel — warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing morning or afternoon treat.

We tried a few of their handcrafted pastries, and each one was incredible — flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. The coffee was equally impressive, clearly made with care. You can tell they put a lot of love into what they do here.

Highly recommend if you’re in the Barrington area and looking for a high-quality, artisanal bakery experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I gave Ambrosia mostly “creative control” of my wedding cake, after having a consultation with a wonderfully kind employee who helped me narrow down the kind of cake we would like. It turned out absolutely beautiful, and tasted amazing! They were even kind enough to deliver it to our venue in Barrington day of. Thank you so much!
