Make sure to give plenty of time as it gets crazy packed during the holidays. It is well worth the wait for the cozy Christmas atmosphere.

Was influenced by tiktok to book a Christmas dinner for family and friends and was quite disappointed. Drinks were lackluster, Manhattan was cloudy, and pours were so light that modifications couldn't be distinguished between a dark rum or vodka variant of the same drink. Furthermore, there were mulyiple instances where we were waiting to get refills and resorted to walking to the bar ourselves from a loss of patience. Dinner service had terrible pacing, with half the party receiving their meals a solid 10 minutes before the second half, and notice that the kitchen had run out of ingredients for some of the parties food wasn't given until the second half were receiving their meals, leading to another 10 minute wait for the last meal to arrive. Lastly, the food itself was overly salted, especially the chicken picatta and penne tuscan.

Came for a birthday dinner, service was not very good. Araceli didnt show up often enough and the mandatory Tip was annoying since the service sucked. $350 for 7 people tip automatically added on. Expensive, crappy service. I dont think I'll be back

Stopped in for a late lunch yesterday. Greeted promptly and seated in the train car where a total of two other tables were occupied. Despite seeing waitstaff come and go several times, we gave up and left after fifteen minutes of being ignored.
Stopped here because I'd had good experiences in the past. Will think twice before doing so again.

This is a must if you're in the area the food is delicious and the atmosphere brings me back to train rides with my grandparents. I can't wait to go back.

Great place and great food
We were there for Easter brunch (buffet). Food was mediocre at best. The mashed potatoes were worse than paste and no gravy provided. Empty dishes of food. Coke was flat and the Bloody Mary's had very little alcohol, if any, in them. Very disappointed in this Easter brunch!
Food is pretty bad but the restaurant is so cute with decor. Would be fun for kids, but definitely not a place to go back for food.
