The service at this chipotle is the worst. If you order ahead, they will make you wait for the staff in the back to make your order (30 minutes!!!) even if ZERO people are in line for the walk up counter bar. If you want a plain cheese quesadilla, they require you to order online; they won’t make them at the walk up. There is also very little parking. The place is run by high school boys that just don’t give a damn.

Ordered tacos with beef barbacoa. I received 3 tacos with all lettuce and sour cream, no meat in the tacos at all. No care at all for preparing their food. I shared my experience with support, but no answer to date. I will never return to this facility. 1⭐️

I'm avoiding this one. The store's been a mess every time we've visited. food on display usually looked unappetizing. Careless vibe evident everywhere you look.
Love Chipotle but this was the worst experience. The food prep line was filthy. Employees dragging bowls over sour cream and food on stainless counter. The worst of it, the guy who folded my tacos slid everything off of them and presented them to me as is. I talked to the cashier, he wouldn’t do anything. Very disappointed, won’t be back to this location. Management can watch cameras on 11/6, 5:30pm

I want to make this very clear. I LOVE chipotle. Now that THAT is out of the way.... THIS chipotle is horrible. They mess up orders, they don't even cook the fajita vegetables till they're tender, they can't read so don't place online orders, they can't build a burrito, the manager can't manage, the customer service can't customer service, this is broken people in a broken town. See rich parents? RAISE your kids don't spoil them. These people can't do their jobs from the top to the bottom. It's so sad to see. I have had problems with every order at THIS chipotle. Every single one they messed something up after 6 different times coming. I refuse to come back... Don't go to this chipotle if you need something in the area, epic burgers are good just super overpriced.

Sat at the drive through window, (it was 1040)for 8 minutes. employees wandering around making eye contact, but not stopping to acknowledge or say ANYTHING like “we will be right with you”. FYI gooGle maps says this place is open at 10:30- apparently that is only for online orders only. When I mentioned this, the manager made excuses that everyone there was on break and she was all alone. There were at least 6 employees- why are they all taking a break at opening?!
The chipotle website only place that says this location is only open for online orders at 10:30. “Now open later at 10:45” written on the door only…
There is no sign for declaration that the drive through is only for online orders. Even the people sitting in the 6 parking spaces for online order pick up eventually went inside- no one brought them their food either. Sassy attitude that they are not open inside until 10:45 “well it says on the door”. Let’s not even talk about the inside or the food. EW! why is the guac brown when you just opened? break employees drinking sodas leaning all over the counter “on break”. Never again. Flies.

Website says open until 11 every day, we show up at 10:30and the door is open, there’s one kid behind the counter and he asks us to leave and says they’re closed.

Placed an online order and the app said it was ready. We sat in the drive through and waited for our order. 18 minutes later we got our food. I could tell by looking through the drive up window the store was fairly chaotic. The employees were running all over the place and the food prep area was a mess. I’m fairly certain I won’t eat here again.

This is the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to. The chicken I had in my burrito bowl had hard pieces in it, as well as the rice. I’ve been in there 3 times, hoping it was an anomaly the first two times since they were new. Someone needs to manage the crew better and teach them to uphold better standards.

Where do I even start... This is just the worst chipotle I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The portion of meat that I received was less than one would receive in a Russian Gulag. I felt like I was being rationed by a slave owner in the 1800's, which is fitting because that's how the workers treat you. This place is comparable in customer satisfaction to an arby's in detroit. They might aswell just whip me at this point, as im already starved and treated like lesser than.

Fire everyone including owner because why everytime I order its wrong or half the size of the bowl. You read the receipt then put the ingredients inside. You don’t squish burritos ? Thought that was obvious so sad that this is the only location I can get my order through
