DISGUSTING, 2 pieces of hair in my bowl. Short and long. So disappointing and they will not do anything about it. Impossible to speak on the phone with store.

Been here twice and likely won’t be back despite it being a mile from my home. Paltry portions, food that doesn’t look fresh, and I had to tell the guy working there what container to use for tacos…it was like he didn’t actually work there. Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.

The young servers that work here have the worst attitudes when they serve my food. It’s been on multiple occasions. Not sure if they are racist towards blacks or what. But it makes me want to leave my home town and go to a different chipotle.

I’m driving to Lake Zurich, Deer Park or Crystal lake before going again. This location has seemed to never get it together but last night was nuts. One specific employee clearly did not want to be there. I said chicken he rolled his eyes… I said beans he looked totally inconvenienced it was the most bizarre thing. But the craziest thing was that he dropped a tortilla on the floor and picked it up only to put it back with my order 💀. He burned himself to try to save it and I felt bad he attempted but it full blown fell on the floor and I didn’t feel bad enough to skate by the fact that he was giving me floor tortilla. If he attempted to do this right in front of me imagine all those online orders. Nope. I’ve given this spot chance after chance but that was the nail in coffin. It’s too bad. No one was more excited about a chipotle in Barrington more than I was.

Awful pickup on experience tonight. Was asked to circle around 3 times and waited for more than 20 minutes past the time promised. Food was cold as I presume our order was prepared and was waiting on some item so the rest of the order got old.

Very frustrating and the chipotle app offered me a free drink for the issue, not satisfied and not hurrying back to this location with the service and lack of followup.

Yikes! This place is an embarrassment to both Chipotle AND Barrington. You might as well apologize for walking in the door. Staff is unpleasant. Meats resemble three day left overs - dried and nearly emptied. Food counters not at all cleaned or tidy. So sad.

Yet another light bowl when picking up in the drive thru. This has happened to us three times now. (Once I went back to have it corrected and that involved a 20 minute wait for reasons unclear.) We won’t be going back to this location. The Chipotles in West Dundee and Hoffman Estates are excellent.

I keep trying this location hoping it will get better. It does not. Teensie tiny portions. Burrito contents don't even reach that first ledge, let alone fill the bowl. And they regularly put the wrong ingredients in the drive thru order - like today I got the wrong rice. Your money will be wasted here.
