apparently they close whenever they want; I showed up over 20 minutes before posted close time and everything was shut off and the store was locked despite the hours posted by the door saying 10pm

The donuts and the bagel were stale. I even brought the bagel home and tried to use a wet paper towel wrapped around it to soften it in the microwave, but it only made it worse. Our family Sunday dinner is a block away; for the last three weeks, we tried to get bagels and donuts for our morning coffee and found them getting worse; we will be going to a bakery from now on; the kids like the name Dunkin, but we have to get some value for our money. The store was so cold I can assume this may have played a part in the harder donuts

Simple order messed up and they weren't even busy. I came in for a French vanilla iced coffee after walking in +80° weather, hoping for a sweet, cold caffeine run but was extremely disappointed.
I ordered a large French vanilla iced coffee, extra French vanilla with cream and sugar. I also asked for light ice. I was given a large coffee with half the cup filled with ice. I told them that I had asked for light ice and the employee took my cup. When she gave it back it had light ice.... But now it tasted like she had just dumped the ice out and filled up the rest with water. I didn't want to give it to them to fix again so I walked out. I was already across the street after I shook up the drink (because all the sugar usually sits at the bottom) and noticed there was no sugar in the drink nor did it say that I had wanted sugar on the sticker, even though the employee is the one who asked me if I had wanted cream and sugar and I had said "Yes, cream and sugar please." I'm extremely disappointed.
Every time I come here the same dark car is parked in front of the side door blocking the little on-ramp. So when I bring a stroller I have to carry it over the curb. If someone in a wheelchair were to visit they'd have no ramp to get into the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is always the same dark 4 door sedan parked in a way that completely blocks the ramp to get onto the curb. I have to lift my stroller over the curb.

The women that looks like the manager (she expressed that have more that 10 years working there).She was rude and screaming to me when i turn back my drink because she make it Cold instead or Hot. Then she skip ingredients for my second drink and taste reallyyy BAD and i had to throw it away.Honestly it was a Waste of energy, money and time. I have been visiting Dunkin’s everyday and they always confirm and asked how you want your drink. Never coming back. Awfull experience and unpleasant customer service.

I definitely got bad vibes upon entering this location, And my son has previously told me they were being rude to him for no reason I’m definitely calling corporate on them I was sick for two days.

Terrible disgusting service. First of all, I watched the guy put his hand under his sweater and rub his belly for 2 minutes while he talked on the phone before he took my order. Then, he said they didn't have peanut butter cup macchiato when I saw the mixtures for it sitting on the counter and he just didn't know how to mix it. The store is disgustingly dirty. Run down and smelled. Won't be coming here ever again. Maybe you should get off the phone and do your job and clean up after yourself.
