I guess at Epic Burger, a chicken salad means literally burger toppings and a torn in half grilled chicken patty... This is pathetic. $10. What a waste.
Edit to respond: Thanks for the offer, but I don't want a free/replacement meal. If this is a standard salad from Epic Burger, it would be wise to either improve or take it off the menu. If it is a staff member who panicked when realizing that y'all didn't have a salad in stock, it would be wise to train them to not take cheap shortcuts when serving food and to just let the customer know there's no salad and that they can order something else. I just redeemed a coupon for a free meal, and it was delicious! Personally, even I thought the food I was getting was like, too much from just one coupon, which shows just how awesome this restaurant is! I can still remember drinking my delicious Fanta soda from this restaurant, alongside enjoying my awesome plant-based burger. Not so much the fries, but that’s ok, since fries aren’t really my thing, but you should still try this restaurant anyways, especially since their meat (beef, I think?) is halal, so that really makes this restaurant top all the other ones in town!

This Place is Joke with Disgusting People .. all the workers are kids and they make this place look like trash the whole place is disgusting 🤢 and they over charge you , it’s to expensive for a poor burger 🍔 they dont give the order complete Everytime they forget the orders they forget my food or something. I’m done with this place . I can’t believe bunch kids make me my food touching my or prepping my food with dirty hands and saw they at their phone and them go make food yuck 🤮
I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich it was out of this world, The spiciness was on point, The sandwich was huge, The fries were super crispy, I'm definitely coming back for lunch next week.

I can't believe this company has been around so long. The burger fries and a drink cost $18 or so. The burger was gross, cheese fries tasted bitter and disgusting. Really sad that this replaced meatheads 😑

Friendly service. Disappointing food. Epic must be a reference to the high prices, because it certainly does not describe the burgers. I understand they are smash burgers but they look paper thin compared to the menu photos ($11.99 & $14.87). The junior size must be a joke because it was even an even smaller portion of meat, but on the same size bun ($6.49). The garlic parm fries were laughably small and unappealing ($6.99). The taste was gross. Great service unfortunately is not reason enough to return.
