We wanted a restaurant that we would be able to have great food and visit with our parents. The Farmhouse on North was perfect. Started out with The Lone Ranger a tequila based drink. Two had the Lake Trout, two had Braised Pork Shank, one Salmon, and one burger with fries. The food was delicious and portions generous. We would highly recommend.
Excellent food and service. Good value. Nice atmosphere. My only complaint is that the chairs on the second floor were old and very uncomfortable to sit on. One of the chairs at the table next to us was actually falling apart. Also, it is a nit but I think it would be nice to have cloth napkins.
Tried Farmhouse on North for the first time tonight. EXCELLENT food and a really comfortable atmosphere.
I had the good fortune to meet the owner Meghan also. What a sweet, wonderful person.
Highly recommend you try this place!
Barrington needs excellent restaurants like Farmhouse on North.
