pretty nice when you talk to people but they get about 50% of the online orders wrong - adding cheese when there shouldn't be etc. with a dairy allergy that's really irritating.
update: still happening even after having some folks ask me if my sandwiches are okay. this time the employee didn't apologize or anything.

I stopped by today around 5pm. The shop was busy, there was only one person working. I didn’t get his name but he did all that he could to get out every order out. One would be intimidated if you had to serve all the people that were in the lobby but not this young gentleman. He was efficient, hard working, polite and respectful. Kudos to him. Thank you.

Poor service. I ordered a Turkey Tom lettuce wrap with cheese. I got lettuce and one piece of turkey. They lost our order and said someone must have taken it, I had to ask them to pull up my receipt to make my food. I asked for my money back and the employee said we are busy.

They will send your delivery order through Uber even when ordering in the Jimmy John’s App. 40+ minute wait when it used to be 15.

Forgot one of my sandwiches on delivery (no big deal stuff happens) but the nice gentleman came back and delivered my sandwich with excellent customer service
Ordered three items for carry out. They only got one correct! Check your toppings before you leave. Swing and a miss, at least at Subway you get to watch them make it so you know it’s correct!
