I was here just to redeem a coupon for a free ice cream cone that I won from the Barrington Area Library, and the people inside still exceeded my expectations. The people were friendly, the workers were efficient, and the food, or in this case, my ice cream, was very superb. Personally, I think the place looked a lot better than the last year I came here, so if you’re wanting to go to McDonald’s, this location may be better than the others.

Everything's great over here except the fact they went to the remote or kiosk the digital screen sometimes it works sometimes it does it what I'm saying is sometimes it shows your number up on the monitor sometimes it doesn't so you're sitting there wondering if you're freaking order went through then you got to ask and talk to people anyway so you're not sitting there like an idiot well anyway everybody have a good day take care and go back to hands on people hands on customer service I don't like talking to a robot

My cousin left a review, but I’m going to leave one too. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. We get to the window everything comes except an ice cream cone. They later say they’re out of cones, and we see them giving cones. Ignored us for requesting a refund, I wouldn’t ever come here.

WARNING - be extremely careful at this location. They display one price on their menu boards but charge you more at the register. When I asked and brought it up to the manager he said it was all done digitally. He noted that YES the prices were different, but that he was not going to adjust the price to match the menu price. Extremely sketchy and I feel like perhaps not entirely legal to advertise one price and refuse to honor it. All in all just avoid this location.

They did not let us order. They did not take our order even tho other people were allowed to. Terrible service
The drive through had a couple cars and I didn't want to eat while driving, so went inside to order as there were only 2 people inside. Took over 10 minutes for food Nuggets were cold The fries not only were cold but they tasted like they were old fries put back in the oil to reheat them. The chicken sandwich was ok The regular Coke tasted like it was half regular and half diet. Wouldn't go back

I am in the area 2 to 3 times a month. After coming here the first time about a year ago, I now make sure to visit this location every time I'm in the area. I mainly drink coffee, which always seems to be fresh. However, if I choose something to eat, I'm surprised at its freshness every time. I have found that too many McDonald's in the last couple of years have kept coffee way too long and still serve it to their customers, or that the food tastes like it's been under the heat lamp for several hours. I don't know if the excellence at this McDonald's is a credit to management or the directive of the ownership. I wish the McDonalds in my area were this good. Go there today and see for yourselves.

Diet Coke isn't as heavy on the CO2 as before. Also, oatmeal was swimming in water and was more like a cup of Chunky Soup. Very disappointed
