Went here to pick up my lunch from the drive thru. Mobile order MJ56. Never got a receipt and the lady basically threw the food into my car. The cap to my root beer wasn't even on all the way. When I got back to work to eat my food half my food wasn't even in the damn bag. I been callingovwr n over and no one is answering and now it just says a 4 digit number and the voicemail box is full. I want a refund!!! I can't just leave work whenever I want to.

well I found a small spider in my chicken sandwich, i went to the manager to show her what i get ! and she said its only a small spider! wow really, only small spider in my food ? i throw it in the garbage and i left the location for ever

I had to wait 30 minutes for my food and it was cold and sucked I bet the person in the back got hungry and ate it and they had to pull some burgers out off the freezer. It was outrageous and I will not be taking business here again.

There were only 3 tables/6customers and all tables were dirty. Then you offer table service on the app yet the young man just called my table number twice and then finally said my name. Why offer a service you aren’t going to provide? Would have been different if it was busy. This was just pure laziness.
Hit or miss if it will be quick(not just on rush hours) Food is also hit or miss if it will be hot. Or even warm or correct. Employees there are friendly and do their best (at the windows)
