I know it was Valentines Day so I'm giving some grace here. Messed up my entre order as I added chicken to the pasta dish but it didn't come with chicken and then it took forever to get the chicken while my pasta was getting cold so I just canceled the chicken. I ordered a second drink and they brought another drink that my wife was drinking but not mine. And then the pièce de résistance. Presented my bill, took my credit card, and proceeded to charge me for someone else's table that was $50 more than the bill I was originally presented. Our server, Jenny, was really struggling.

This place has become my new go to in town. Everyone is so friendly and the food is delicious. I’ve been here a few times so far and have gotten pizza, and pasta. Both were delicious. I recently went in this week and tried the specials they had. They had a lemon ricotta olive oil cake that was to die for. The other special I got was porchetta and it was equally as delicious. Definitely will be coming here more often.

This is a perfect date place. The drinks are reasonable, the service is outstanding, there's always a smile at the front door, and we really have enjoyed the several times that we've been there throughout this past summer. Strongly recommended for an a place known for a great food at a reasonable price in Barrington. A++.

I’ve been a regular at Neoteca for over ten years now and I couldn’t be more excited to see the new menu changes! There aren’t many places in Barrington that change their menu - or even rotate items seasonally - so it’s fun to see and try new food. Try the gamberi, the chicken entreé- or the cacio e pepe (with pasta made in house). Or have one of their tried and true pizzas, for old time sake. Support local! We must enjoy the nights when someone waits on us - and the food is prepared - and the dishes are done for us. Thank you, Neoteca!!

Great experience at Neoteca. Focaccia is warm and fresh, woodfired carrots are AMAZING, juicy and sweet, yet the whipped ricotta on the bottom adds a rich and smooth taste. I had salmon which was very well cooked and my husband had the bavette steak, which he was satisfied with. Kind and attentive service. We’ll definitely be back soon to try the soups and the pasta.

They just changed their menu and have so many amazing new dishes and entrees. The charcuterie board is the best presentation I've seen! It's beautiful and offers such a great assortment of meats and cheeses! I highly recommend you order their house made focaccia bread with an order of meatballs. You won't be disappointed! The gnocchi and woodfired pizza is the best around and you have to save room for the tiramisu or the chocolate chip cookie skillet. I've never had a bad meal!
