The food is always great! We love thai basil shrimp, 7 spice tuna, and orange chicken

Get the bobo beef!!! Other than that, all the other dishes we got were mediocre and taste pretty similar to your typical Chinese fast food chains (we got sesame chicken and Buddha's delight). Service was nice and fast, lots of seating. Next time I would probably just do take out for the bobo beef.

Usually get take out and it has been very good the last few times. This time however was a disappointment. We always get kung pao chicken with egg rolls. Typically we ask for sauce on the side as it usually doesn't come with enough. For a while it was perfect so I didn't order any extra sauce. This time there wasn't enough! The egg rolls are the worst I have ever had. Too bad because the previous eggs rolls were excellent in that they seemed home made and good sized. The new egg rolls are smaller and absolutely no flavor. Such a let down after a couple of good meals.

My friends and I have been to PL8 in the past and absolutely loved it. Now the new owner has added a lot of traditional Chinese dishes which makes the food even better. The new chef’s special cumin lamb is the best in town. Bo bo beef, spicy fish fillet/beef, basil shrimp/Chicken, and live whole fish are delicious. Recently we tried their sushi dishes, all the raw seafood is very fresh. ?

I recently had the pleasure of dining at PL8, a delightful Chinese restaurant that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. One highlight of my visit was witnessing the breathtaking dragon dance celebration in honor of the Year of the Dragon. The vibrant colors, rhythmic movements, and energetic music created an electrifying atmosphere that left me in awe. It was a truly mesmerizing spectacle that added an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience. Now, onto the food - and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. My son opted for the kid-sized soup noodles, expecting a smaller portion suitable for children. To my surprise, the portion was generous and perfectly sized for adults. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the broth was rich and flavorful, making it a comforting and satisfying choice. The sushi at PL8 deserves special mention for its freshness and exquisite presentation. Each piece was a work of art, bursting with flavor and expertly crafted to perfection. It's clear that the chefs here take great pride in their craft, and it certainly shows in every bite. Another standout dish was the chili beef, which packed a flavorful punch that left my taste buds tingling with delight. The tender beef, combined with the perfect balance of spices and chili heat, created a mouthwatering sensation that left me craving more. Overall, my experience at PL8 was nothing short of exceptional. From the festive dragon dance celebration to the delicious food and impeccable service, it's clear that this is a restaurant that truly cares about providing an unforgettable dining experience. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their culinary delights.

Fabulous food and service! Our server (sorry I forgot her name) was so attentive and kind! She turned down the music a bit and was extremely helpful and patient with our food choices.

Food rocks. Been here four times for lunch and highly recommend. You would never guess from the plain look of the restaurant, but the sushi rocks. We also tried a few traditional dishes and they too were amazing. Don't be shocked when you get the bill, this is a high rent restaurant, but the food is equally high quality and you will enjoy some really amazing sushi.

We had a terrific time at PL8 on Saturday evening partly due to our waitress. She was outstanding...very attentive and charming. The food was great too. We definitely will be back. Kudos to all for making our dinner delightful with good memories. That's hard to find these days.

prices, food, and everything have gone downhill. bummer. Very few good gluten free choices. Place is empty all the time, no wonder!

Carry out - service was fast, the food for 6 people was ok - not great, not memorable and certainly not as good as it used to be. Spent about $30/person.

This place really needs an actual bartender. And greeters who spend less time chatting with each other and more time making sure guests have what they need for an enjoyable meal...starting with menus. The food was delicious but the service was so sub-par that, sadly, I doubt we'll be back.

Tremendously understaffed at the bar, with servers and in the kitchen. While our server was polite and attentive, he was seriously overworked, covering nearly every table in the restaurant. The regular bartender was not there and maybe it was the owner behind the bar, but she couldn't make a Cosmopolitan Martini to save her life. Sent it back three times- first was straight vodka, the second time it came out yellow before we mentioned it was supposed to be pink. The third drink came out resembling a cosmo, but didn't taste anything like it. Food was good- Crab Rangoon sticks, crunchy roll, and 7 seasons chicken. Unfortunately, we will not be returning due to the lack of staff. While this is a problem industry wide, steps could have been taken... such as limiting to go orders (of which there were plenty and the kitchen seemed to be focused on) and staggering the times diners were seated.
