Primo’s Pizza in Barrington is an absolute gem! The owner is incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The pizza itself is excellent — high-quality ingredients, great flavor, and consistently well-made. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the level of quality you get. Overall, a fantastic value and a place I’ll definitely keep coming back to. Highly recommended! 🍕✨

BACOA partnered w Primos! We got catering for 85 aging adults of baked pasta and salad for lunch to celebrate Veterans Day. The food was great, hot, and made everyone happy!!

Another great experience at Primo. As always, food was great. I ordered some pizza and also tried the Italian beef. Super delicious! The friendly service is always top notch. Cool little dining area if you choose to eat there.

Consistent output. Dough holds structure under heat. Sauce ratio balanced. Toppings applied evenly without drowning the base. Staff moves orders without delay. Space is clean, no clutter around prep stations. Price-to-portion ratio is fair. Reliable spot for straightforward pizza without gimmicks.

Primo's is my go to spot for Pizza in the Barrington area. Authentic and high quality, they raise the bar on what I consider a quality chicago style pizza. Also their eggplant sandwiches are top notch. I highly recommend checking them out.

I love the variety of items on the menu. There are tons of fresh ingredients to choose from. The staff is super friendly. Hands down the best around the area.

I highly recommend this place, the pizza is delicious and I was surprised how good the sandwich’s and wings are. Makes everyone happy instead of ordering from multiple places for the kids. The cheese pizza is my favorite and one with everything.
