Ordered a cheese and pepperoni for pick up, but received a cheese. I called in to let them know and was told the pepperoni is often under the cheese and was told to check, so we bit in and no pepperoni.
We were told we couldn't get a replacement since we started eating it?!?!

Awful, dont update prices and when asked about it employee was extremely rude. I know most Rosatis are independently owned and will not be going back again. Prices online are not even close to accurate.

This is my first time ordering in this location.Ordered before from the city and everything was good. Ordered salad and I found dirt on the lettuce and in the spinach a little of mold. This is really disappointing. They charge you a fee if you pay tap and also for plates.

Garbage service, I've ordered a pizza and when they delivered it wasn't even the pizza that i ordered. Right away I've called and complained about it and they told me that either I can keep the pizza and get $10 credits towards my next pizza and just eat whatever was delivered and I said fine. Few weeks later I call back to order a pizza and when I went online that same pizza I tried to order is a different prize than what they told me over the phone which got me frustrated. Asked to speak to a manager and of course that's not an option so I said no problem go ahead and put my order in regardless and add my $10 credit whicthey said there is no credit in the system! Go figure NO manager! No credit, No way to price mach their online prices even though tge girl said she went on the website and confirmed that the prizes were different from what they are coming up with in their system. THIS IS HONESTLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IVE HAD AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! GARBAGE SERVICE

I ordered a beef sandwich, a 3 cheese pasta dish, and chicken. I thought the menu said wings but I got nuggets. The food was good, but my complaint is with the management. I didn't order online, I stopped there on my way home, and after the girl rang me up a did did some quick math in my head, I noticed it was way more than it should be. I questioned her and pointed to the menu above and she said, "oh those prices aren't correct, everything has gone up." OK then ROSATI, update your damn menu so it doesn't feel like I'm being cheated. I wonder if there online prices are old too? Beware, people

My husband and I have been frequent customers for several years. They make the BEST pIzza in the Chicagoland area. I called the Rosati's in Barrington, Illinois and placed the order with young man named 'Dean'. He was super helpful, courteous and eager to assist me. Not only is their pizza incredibly delicious - but the level of customer service that Dean provided was excellent!! Here's a big shout-out to Dean and to the Manager/Owner of this restaurant! I've spent a few decades managing Customer Service departments and truly appreciate excellent customer service when I receive it!!! Great pizza and even better service!!!
