I liked the conduct and the service of the 2 people behind the desk here at Starbucks, and they even got to help me with selecting the items I wanted to get, like the cake pops! The cake pops, especially the strawberry one, were so delicious that one of the baristas made an awesome joke of how it played a symphony of taste to the senses of my tongue so that I may enjoy the flavor to solidify my experience here.
I have visited here every weekend morning for two years before I head to work and the past several visits have been so uninviting and rude, I’m sure this will be my final visit to this location. No smiles, curt response to my order, and ignored at the hand off plane. An unfortunate change and one I hope is not permanent.

After 30 years of passing through this Starbucks, we decided to stop in. This was my first and last time at this location, I asked for my chocolate croissant warm, it was not warmed up. Chocolate was coming out in chucks. Our matcha was very light green and tasted very watered down because of how light it was. Never again
