I liked the conduct and the service of the 2 people behind the desk here at Starbucks, and they even got to help me with selecting the items I wanted to get, like the cake pops! The cake pops, especially the strawberry one, were so delicious that one of the baristas made an awesome joke of how it played a symphony of taste to the senses of my tongue so that I may enjoy the flavor to solidify my experience here.

I have visited here every weekend morning for two years before I head to work and the past several visits have been so uninviting and rude, I’m sure this will be my final visit to this location. No smiles, curt response to my order, and ignored at the hand off plane. An unfortunate change and one I hope is not permanent.

After 30 years of passing through this Starbucks, we decided to stop in. This was my first and last time at this location, I asked for my chocolate croissant warm, it was not warmed up. Chocolate was coming out in chucks. Our matcha was very light green and tasted very watered down because of how light it was. Never again

Love this Starbucks - even when swamped, I still get my order made correctly and within a decent time. The only thing this place is missing is a drive thru. When you stop in, make sure you check on their bulletin board - I always find cute things happening around town posted there!

I hate that I am even having to do this but pls do some updates training on all of your new hires… this location is my home location and was my favorite, in the last 3 months this Starbucks has gotten progressively worse. My drinks are always made HOT instead of COLD when ordered ahead, this has been happening to me at least once a week it’s ridiculous, I stand there waiting for over 15 mins and the drink is sitting there made HOT this exact situations Kees o curing pls do some training on checking of tickets for drinks I spend $10 here everyday

Each time I enter this location around 630 am the music is bumping so loud you might be able to hear it outside. Not to mention I pay $6 for coffee with soy milk in it. Then have that very simple drink remade twice. I’m surprised Starbucks is still in business. Not to mention the food safety concerns I have with cell phones and handling peoples food between texts.
