Walked in at 9:23 pm and was told by the person behind the register that subway was closed for the night. I asked her what the hours were and she replied that it had closed at 9 pm. Google says this subway closes at 10. Please fix the hours or bad customer service.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The person making my sandwich was blatantly high. She barely put anything on the sandwich. When I asked for more she took massive handfuls and slammed them on the bread, basically destroying my sandwich. The other worker started using her bare hands when making my wife’s sandwich. She didn’t listen to what my wife was telling her, and after each request the employee gave attitude. On a previous occasion I ordered and the person making my sandwich was putting the wrong items on my sandwich. I kept telling her to stop, and she didn’t until I raised my voice. She probably would have heard me clearly if she didn’t have her AirPods in. I have used this location multiple times due to convenience when it comes to picking up my kids, but I would much rather drive to the one in Hoffman estates down Barrington road because of the piss poor quality here.

I ordered a bmt sandwich, and the bread was stail, I have had two sandwiches there and will never go back. Makes the trip to lake Zurich worth it to Jersey Mike's. This is the Barrington location, sucks!

I came to Subway to get a $6.99 footlong. The woman working there told me that I had to order it online to get the deal, fine. I went to my truck to get a $6.99 footlong coupon. So, ordered the garlic steak and she told me I can only order 1 of things in the glass. So I read the exclusions and the garlic steak is not one of them. After I mentioned that she then told me that she doesnt have to take my coupon and she is rude. What kind of game are you guys playing. I hope you fire this person. Never going back because of you very poor customer service.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at Subway that I feel compelled to share. The staff displayed a concerning level of unprofessionalism and a lack of basic customer service skills. Despite clearly stating my preferences, they prepared my sandwich incorrectly and refused to make the necessary adjustments. Their dismissive attitude and unwillingness to address the issue made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Subway's commitment to its customers. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to consider their options before choosing this location.

Rubbish service they canceled our order second time. They judge people and discriminate their customers. They provide opposite of what you order. They cannot follow simple English instructions. Maybe the person make it don’t even know how to read English when it says no onions. They don’t even deserve one start they should be closed soon if they continue treating their customers bad.

This has to be the worst subway on the planet. Walked in and waited for 5 minutes while the two ladies in the office chatted away. Mind you I could see myself on the camera screen above them as the office door was open. Was not greeted in a friendly manor rather they were upset that I dared bother them while they worked. Looks like a mother and daughter, both not in subway uniform. Daughter STARTS to make my sandwich. Just roast beef and Monterey cheddar. It took her 3 minutes to put the meat and cheese on the flatbread and we I asked her to toast it she says they don’t toast flat breads anymore. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. All you gotta do is turn around and put the flat bread in the little oven and toast it. Super easy to do, you absolutely can toast a flatbread. I told her I didn’t want it and left.-Side note the mother after coming out of the office instead of assisting the daughter she just continued slicing the meat that had just been sitting on the slicer when I walked in for who knows how long.-bonus side note, when I got into my car I could see the girl taking the toppings off of the flatbread and putting them back into the container.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I will not be returning until this is fixed and I will be notifying everyone in Barrington about the quality of service and horrible food practices that cross contaminate and lead to food poisoning.

The employees were extremely rude and ignorant. I got a veggie sandwich and asked the employee to use a new knife as they were cutting meat sandwiches with the existing knife. The employee got visibly annoyed with my request and used a new knife. After we paid for the order, she decided to inform me that the baja chipotle sauce at subway has anchovies, which is inaccurate according to subway’s website. The man who rang up our order was also extremely rude. Overall, they are not knowledgeable about their own food, rude, and honestly don’t respect basic dietary restrictions. They clearly need more training!
