Food: ⭐⭐⭐ The selection of ice creams and sweets is extensive, and the quality is good. However, some of the flavors I tried were just average and didn’t quite meet my expectations.
Service: ⭐⭐⭐ The staff were friendly and helpful, but the service was a bit slow. It took longer than expected to get our order, which was a bit frustrating.
Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐ The store has a charming and fun decor, perfect for a sweets shop. However, it could be cleaner and more organized to improve the overall experience.
While there are some areas that could use improvement, SweetSpot still offers a delightful array of treats that are worth trying.

Got there at noon not opened .. called and they sent someone over.. waited another 10 minutes to go in .. it smells in there, the penny candy is so lame .. I took my granddaughter there for her 4 birthday but it was so disappointing .. service was horrible I asked how long the slice of pizza would take that wasn't available I asked for Ice cream for me never got It .. I will never go back

So disappointed. Spent over $50 on candy for a friends birthday and some for me. Seventy-five percent of the candy was stale, old and unable to be eaten.
