How sad, this used to be our favorite burger place. We ate there today and couldn't believe how much it had changed. Tables and chairs falling apart, mens room closed, soda machine out of order, lets talk about the food. Ordered my goto the jack sparrow, used to be the tastiest, jury, delicious, super fresh burger. Today I got a thin, frozen, tasteless patty. Parm/garlic fries were cold. Wife's turkey sandwich was meh. Clearly whoever owns this place has given up.

First time at Twisted Burger today for lunch. It is definitely fast food, but there is a lot to like.They have a big selection of burgers, with unusual combos. I was looking for something basic, so I ordered a cheeseburger. It wasn't crazy good, but it was a solid fast food burger. Now the fries were a different story, very good. They were crispy and a tad greasy, but not too greasy. Reminded me of the homemade fries my mom used to make : )I would recommend giving this place a try. It is a step down in ambiance and quality from something like Portillo's.

burger was fine I ordered cheesy fries and got cold old fries called to let them know the told me to file a complaint with doordash I asked why the foods the problem not the delivery won't order here again

Got an order to go. It was more than I expected. For everything. The milkshake is so thick, I let it sit for 10 minutes and still cannot drink it out of the straw. The burger was very good. The fries are massive.The inside is very clean, but the wear is noticeable on the tables. Fast and friendly service.

Their cheeseburger is A1..Good fries, makes expensive but good ,get small.
My mom and I had burgers, split a Cobb Salad, and had a shake after doing my final wedding dress fitting right next door at the Altar Bridal/Ellen Vellis. All of the food tasted fresh and good. Service was fast and friendly. Music was great. It was a perfect way to celebrate!

We did takeout. It was Labor Day and we were thrilled they were open. The burgers were excellent, the buns were delicious. Also got a salad that was fantastic. Will definitely go there again when in the area.

we ordered lunch carryout and while the food is good, the use of styrofoam meant we won't be ordering again, and this serving of fries was so tiny as to be laughable. We would try again if the switch to a return -package system like The Onion is using, or to paper boxes like most fast food places, is made. Also, some veg options would be appreciated.
