Dairy Queen (Treat)

Had 3 of my grandkids and wanted to treat them and DQ us running the spend $1 get free small shake if u purchase online using their app. Thought I'd take advantage since they are expensive. Tried to get help from young man at counter to figure out how to maneuver in app. He acted like he knew nothing about how it worked. In fact, he was rude in that he said, they are not going to give you a free small milk shake over and over. When I finally figured it out, I had issue w trying to apply a gift card. Ended up deleting an item from online order so I could use gift card. Had to order that item at window. They were not busy at the time.

Always understaffed. Every time I order a blizzard here it’s completely lacking toppings, overfilled and melting out of the cups. Also expect to wait 5-10 minutes for the food to even be brought out to you.

Decided to treat myself to a blizzard. I ordered a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard. I got a medium and it was $7.00 and change. The Blizzard had no chocolate and very few pecans. So much for a turtle Blizzard. I won't go back.

Dairy Queen has always been my favorite ice cream shop - especially the dipped cones and Blizzards.

Had only one worker 😕. Took a long time to get 2 drinks

Amazing customer service

Arriving at the drive thru, they were busy, and we assumed good service. After sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes, no one had responded. We decided to park and go to the walk-up window. My wife was ignored for several minutes by staff before she had to flag someone down that we had a mobile order. The lady who responded was rude to her. This location was busy with only two staff members who were visible. It's okay to be busy but not rude to the people you serve. When I received my new royal, it was out together sloppy and didn't taste like it normally does. Please do better next time. This was Sunday, November 24, 2024, around 7ish

Went to DQ for a transitional Banana Split and Chocolate Shake. They put one little pump of syrups on each side and it did not have no nuts or a cherry on top. The Chocolate Shake was not worth the 7.50. I calked the manager to let them know how bad it was. He offered to remake but was not apologetic at all. DQ lost another customer.

No more business from our family we ordered a small blizzard and a large which was only a 16oz it was $18!! Not worth the price or the blizzard which did not have much in it for toppings

Paid $21 for 3 blizzards that are so thin had to bring them home and put them in the freezer. They did not turn them upside down for fear they would pour out of the cup. They were not even to the top of the cup. Wont be going back. I can get better ice cream at Dream Hut. Good bye DQ. Your prices are a rip off for what you serve.

The ice cream was good but the prices are out of this world. We paid almost $8 for two small ice cream cones. On topf of that the amount of ice cream was skimpy. I don't believe I will ever be going back to dairy Queen.

Got my order pretty quick and the people were friendly. Ice cream was very good! 10/10 will be going back!
