2 stars for atmosphere and that isn't Hardee's fault. I'm a painter and I was waiting for my food and apparently got a Lil to close, i was like 4 ft away to some snotty ladies who got very offended that I work for a living and wasn't to their kept standards!!

Have been there only a couple times I went one time and the person at the ordering menu at the drive thru and the lady on the speaker left her mic on and said “ what is wrong with them like damn” and then she said oops and turned it off. I just came again and my chicken in my chicken wraps are so small they’re not even worth buying and I have gotten them in other places and it WAS NOT like this. Do better.

As far as Hardee’s goes this is one of the best. People have been incredibly nice and everything looks clean. The food is the food, but prepared hot and done well.

This place is always clean and the people are always friendly. My food is ALWAYS HOT AND FAST...I love the breakfast platter because it's like an ALL FOR ONE type breakfast deal...you get A BISCUIT w/GRAVY, EGGS, HASHROUNDS, AND BACON OR SAUSAGE...NOT BOTH...ALL FOR LESS THAN $7...if breakfast is your thing...then why order anything else but this.
WILL EAT HERE OVER AND OVER AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMEND...BUT ONLY THE BARTONVILLE LOCATION

I ordered a biscuit and wanted it on a croissant because that one came only on a biscuit. I left off the egg and didn’t take the biscuit and was charged $2.60 more just to substitute. That is almost robbery. VERY disappointed in this.

Hardee’s I do like your restaurant, but you need to work on your burgers a little much because your commercials are great and all, but you need to make your burgers more char boiled that’s why the customers are getting angry because your order of food McDonald’s in Bartonville right next to you and they don’t do great at all so you need to add something new to the menu

I eat Hardee’s hard shell tacos every Tuesday and today was the best I ever had! The girl who took my order was very rude but I think she might have been the only worker, the food was so good I’ll still give 5 stars. ⭐️ my tacos are never this full of filling, I’ll take good
food over customer service any day.

Was at Hardee's in Bartonville today. Can't read the prices on the outdoor menu because the prices are much smaller than the menu items. I was in a hurry (that's why they call it fast food). So I ordered a Frisco burger without knowing the price. Almost $10 for that burger alone not a combo. I got it home and the bun was barely toasted. A big soggy mess and not edible. Not going back!
Waited for almost 30 minutes in the drive through. This is ridiculous. It would have been faster to go to a sit down restaurant.
