Ordered cupcakes recently for my children's birthday. Unfortunately they were done incorrectly. I mentioned that it wasn't right, and instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, she blamed it on the lady that originally took the order for not writing it down properly. Humility speaks volumes...in this case I was met with hostility. In the end I took the cupcakes that were incorrectly made, was never offered an alternative or to have it fixed. They never have anything you need the shelves are either not stocked or never even ordered and today I stopped to get gas and all pumps had out of order signs on them. Plus the whole street is torn up in front 🤦♀️
