i went inside and the first thing i notice was the screen was shattered then the one behind it was broken as well. then we ordered our food the ticket didn’t come out it wasn’t a big deal but we waited over 15 minutes for a worker to actually help us and when we did the worker just walked by and told us to wait for someone else. the cashier finally came 10 minutes later and gave us our cups and when we went to the fountain it was dirty and all the sodas were just syrup and no sort of carbonation and then many complained as well there was no tea at all and the workers seemed not to care. it was dirty inside and it also took about 23 minutes to receive our food just for it to be burnt i ordered a spicy mccrispy and received little to no sauce and didn’t get any pickles after i paid $5 for a singular sandwich then our fries were soggy and had barley any salt. highly disappointed i recommend the mcdonald’s up the hill anytime.

First thing we saw when we walked in was a broken kiosk, as if it got shot. Then we went to one of the only 2/4 working kiosks to order our food, because we didnt want to bother anyone even though we were the only ones there, the kiosk DID NOT give us a reciet to give to the counter because we only had cash. Then we went to the counter and waited for a full 17 minutes before anyone came over, and when someone did come they only asked if we had been seen yet before litterally leaving?? The service was HORRIBLE!!! Then when we finally got seen, we had to wait almost a full half an hour for our food, which us fine, i dont mind waiting most of the time but it was really salt in the wound. And speaking of salt, our fries were not salty, what else should i expect but salty fries at mcdonalds, im not going for my health people (had to salt it myself at home). Then the drinks, there was no sweat tea and all the soda was only putting out syrup and not actualy carbonation, it was horrible. When we finally got our food, the spicy mcCrispy was burnt, and hard to eat. I really am dissapointed in this service, and i shouldve said something but i was allready home when i took a bite, not to mention they tried to charge me 30 cents for one ranch? After almost an hour of waiting for bad service???! Thats like a slap in the face. DO BETTER MCDONALDS.

Just pulled up to the drive through to get two drinks that is all and there was no welcome to McDonald's how can I help you it was we aren't taking any orders for at least ten minutes. What is that? It's literally two sodas. If so.ethi g is wrong put a closed sign up so people will know that. Unacceptable
I wouldn’t even give it any stars. Order my food half of it is missing. I go inside and wait over 5 mins for someone to even come to the registers. I said excuse me sir many times. Finally got answered and said food was missing. And was told it was my fault? Like how was it my fault you didn’t place it in the bag? I was the only one in the drive pulled forward for 10 mins. Then the issue inside. Your night team really needs to get it together.

Ordered 2 Big Mac meals and my food was cold also didn’t receive my receipt so they will not give me nice and hot food I understand it’s fast food I use to work for McDonald’s but it’s ridiculous you wouldnt even give me warm food!!!

Waited 40-50 minutes after ordering just to receive our order, just to wait another 30 minutes due to both spicy mcrispys we ordered being plain and original mcrispys. It was not just us who experienced this as there was a full lobby of people who had also been waiting 30 minutes to an hour for their food. Once our remakes had come out they both had very little to none of the sauce that is supposed to come on the sandwich. Not a single customer was offered a refund, remakes, nothing by a single employee for our insane wait times and heavily messed up orders. Me and my family as well as my boyfriend who have been regulars for years will now be taking our buisness elsewhere

I waited for 45 minutes for my food and when I got it my meal was wrong, I then waited another half hour for the remake, and it wasn’t just my order many other customers in the lobby were waiting for ridiculous times for their food, there were customers in the lobby that had left the drive through because of the ridiculous wait time in the drive through. I watched customers cancel their orders because of the wait time. and in this entire experience the staff did not offer one person a refund, an apology, free fries, anything. Overall horrible experience I will be taking my business up to the McDonalds 2 minutes away on the top of hill from now on
