Waited 30 minutes after being pulled to a spot in the drive through and was told the fries were going to be hot, just to get rock hard fries. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and when I opened it up it was a Luke warm piece of chicken on a bun. No spicy sauce. No pickle. The Big Mac we got wasn’t cooked all the way and made my wife sick. Spent 30 dollars and waited 30 minutes for trash. Wont answer the phone at all so I can’t even complain. Only at McDonald’s can you wait forever just to be lied to and served cold inedible food all in one visit. At this point go anywhere else. It happens at every McDonald’s too.

If you order a large cone in mobile or kiosk, they tell you in person they only sell small cones at this one. Paid more for nothing.

I ordered at the lobby kiosk at about 11pm. There were 2 orders ahead of me waiting in the lobby. I do not know how many were in the driveup. I ordered 2 happy meals and an iced coffee. I was there 40 min waiting on my order. Other people were waiting before and after me. The workers didn't seem organized. We had to keep reminding the worker what we were waiting on. One woman and her child were waiting for chicken nuggets and a bottled water almost the same amount of time. They finally walked out. Really, a bottle of water? When We finally received out food, it was fine.

This is the worst fast food establishment in the county first off we waited 25 minutes for our food and when we told the worker that wasn't our order he Said "Oh well". Horrible service. Next we ordered 3 drinks and he refused to give them to us because he was tired. I don't care I want the drinks I payed 6 dollars for. Then he starts complaining about how he doesn't get payed enough and he's so tired and wants a break. I just want my food. We just walked out and will never return to this establishment people working on August 11 2024 at around 4 should be immediately fired

I really don’t understand when I order a double cheeseburger playing, and it is smothered and onions… I’m talking about it’s the cheese either. How that is not malicious. I order my burger like this because I have a very very sensitive stomach and cannot have anything on the burger. The manager was trying to complain to me how it’s new staff, and this wasn’t malicious and he tried to get people to help and they’re not coming… Don’t give me your sob story. No, I will be in the bathroom for most of the day because I took a couple bites of a cheeseburger covered in onions without realizing because when it said it was playing, I believe them. Don’t make excuses. I did get my money back for the cheeseburgers not for my whole order.

Have to pull forward and wait for fries.
Get home and my daughter's happy meal is missing the nuggets and the milk.
Milkshake? "Machine is down".. ok then, iced coffee? "That machine is down too". Every single time I've come here they either can't make something, forget items, or give me the wrong food. The staff has no idea what they're doing unless it involves rolling papers or a bong. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to

I was at this location on 7/6/24 at around 1200.The young man that took my order was very polite and professional,he went above and beyond by asking the cooks to make my food fresh as I requested it.The food was delicious and made the way I ordered.Keep up the good work

10 min in drive thru and nobody would even say anything. Whether it just being a “hey, we’re short staffed, we’ll be with you in a min.” Said over the speaker I was gonna call 911 to make sure they were alive and got nothing. I pulled around and went inside and people said they were waiting for 15 min. I understand being short staffed, but communicate a little. SAY SOMETHING.
