Out of straws, lids to cups, dirty drink area and table, and then the cashier allowed two customers to act and talk completely innaproprietly. There is a Playland there so that is nice for family’s but this would not of been a good place for a child.

I went to this location I used to like this location a lot. It was one of my favorite McDonald’s around my house. I refuse to go to the other one in my location because it’s god-awful. This one is turning into the same one that one is. We took a second before we ordered just to look at the menu to make sure that we knew what we wanted we said one second for our last meal that we added and the girl at the window apparently she’s new and she didn’t know to tell customer that the big Mac meal cannot come in a small and she rang us up for a small drink and a small fry without telling us the fact that she was gonna charge us for that and it doesn’t come with a meal . She started getting an attitude because we started getting frustrated with her because we were trying to get the small drink in the small fry offer meal because we were getting charged extra for those items. She almost screamed at us before getting her manager, and her manager came over with an attitude as well. They were both very young. We ended up coming up with $44 and some change and we told them that was completely wrong because it was only three meals it wasn’t even technically meals. We got up to the window and the guy apologized because they’re newer, and they are also young We took our food and before driving off, I always double check the food because in the past, my food has been messed up severely we asked for extra pickles and they did not put any extra pickles. They put two and that was it. I went back inside and ask them if they could remake the sandwich they put so many pickles on the sandwich that we couldn’t even pick the sandwich up. This is unacceptable rude disrespectful, and quite frankly will not go back to this location.

We put in a mobile order. Drive thru service was smooth. We got home to find our toddler was missing her nuggets (from her 6pc happy meal- confused on how they forgot to put chicken in the box?) & the chicken in our snack wrap was RAW. Appalled doesn’t even begin to cover it.

I’ve been through this McDonald’s a few evenings recently, and one thing I’ve really come to appreciate is the way the manager handles the shift. It’s not loud or chaotic , just calm, respectful, and focused on what matters: hot, accurate food and friendly service. You can tell he cares more about getting things right than rushing things just to look busy. Honestly, it makes the experience feel more personal and less like you’re just another number in line. Leadership like that deserves more recognition.

I just tried going through the drive thru. The employee was mumbling and i had to ask him to repeat himself several times. I ordered a few items and also wanted a double hamburger. The employee stated they were out of double hamburgers. I asked if they had double cheeseburgers, employee stated they did have double cheeseburgers. I asked if i could order those minus the cheese. The employee disappeared and I ended up driving leaving. Won't be back.

630 am on a Sunday morning, when the restaurant is not busy whatsoever, you would think, they have employees who care enough to make fresh food for the minimal traffic they had, but I found out that isn't the case, at this restaurant. I ordered a simple sausage biscuit that looks like it was made yesterday morning, then called and got attitude from the female who answered the phone, like how dare I expect a fresh biscuit that isn't hours old or a sausage patty that doesn't look like rawhide that a dog would chew on.

Ordered a Quarter pounder but it had a thin meat,questionable, patty tasted terrible and the bun wasn't quite right either. Food and service has been down hill. I am done with McDonald's.
