The place was clean. The workers were friendly and seemed to enjoy their Jobs. Both said they were students. Food looked fresh. Prepared fast. They have restrooms inside. Big window to look out if you should eat in.

This place is a hit or miss. It has been a miss a lot more a lot lately. One person only eats roast beef. If they have it most of the time they are "out". If they do have it in they will not let me use a coupon for it. I did read the fine print and it said nothing about roast beef not included. The kids that work there are very nice and polite. They apologize profusely. I tell them it's okay because I know they are doing what they are told. Cookies are good.

I don’t know how they do it but, this location in Bartonville has the absolute best subs of any subway in the Peoria/Tazewell area. Zero complaints. Everything always fresh. Bread tastes as if it just came out of the oven. A+
Great food! Great Staff! And amazing time! I was in and out in less than 2 or 3 minutes! I recommend, and I’ll go again!

I stopped going here years ago and went to Bellevue's Subway just because of there customer service and management. Now I don't even need to because the manager at that store took over Bartonville. Needless to say some of the old employees are there, but I can see the change happening and it's wonderful for our community. I have high hopes for our Subway under Emilees guidance. The service was great, sandwich was delicious and it was nice seeing everyone happy and interacting with their customers. Thanks Subway for finally getting someone in this store who cares about there job and community!
