Absolutely will never step foot in this restaurant again. The manager was rude as all get out, door was not locked and not marked. Couldn’t fit through the drive through the manager then proceeded to ignore me and roll his eyes. Do better.

Employee told me they would have to charge extra for extra ranch but didn't give me any ranch at all (i ordered ranch obviously) and i paid for a four piece but got a three piece. what a joke.

Went in lastnight and the employees where very rude and nasty language, also not trained reminded me of how KFC used to be they lost me as a costumer at this location I will keep going to the one in east peoria way better employees!

Waiting in the drive thru and no one took our order. Went inside and 6 employees ignored us. After wait 5 minutes, we finally placed our order. The food and coffee was terrible.

Tried it for the first time today. Good food. Clean store. Took going up to the counter 3 different times to get all of our order though. They kept forgetting things or getting things wrong. I'm sure they'll improve but not if this keeps up.
