I am a dedicated food reviewer with a blog that has over 11.7K followers. I have been a frequent customer at this Casey’s since it opened, visiting daily during the overnight shift after work. It’s unacceptable that I’ve observed your cashier sleeping on shift multiple times, sometimes requiring another employee—either a young man or a woman from the kitchen—to step in. This situation compromises customer service and security. Given the opportunity, someone with ill intentions could easily exploit this vulnerability, yet the staff continues to sleep during my visits 3-5 times per week. I am not trying to target any individual, such as the man with the beard at the front, but I am concerned about safety. I will be returning, and I expect this issue to be addressed promptly.

Bought pizza twice and was very good and fresh. However the service is ok at best. The fuel pumps processes debit cards pretty slowly and sometimes I have to insert my card in twice because it freezes. The atmosphere is great. Outside and inside is clean.

This location has very unreliable hours of operation & at times very unpleasant staff. Employees are always closing this store in the middle of the night at random. (No they are not just closing briefly for a bathroom break, we have sat in the parking lot for long periods waiting on multiple occasions and nobody ever opened the door) & the times we have been able to shop inside, Staff treats us like we are an inconvenience to them. We dealt with it for so long because we LOVE Casey’s, but this location is HORRIBLE!!! You should not be pulling up nervously wondering which irritated employee is working that shift or if the door will open… Lately we have just been giving our business to the 7/11 up the road instead of stopping to pull on a locked door... it’s such a shame!
This is the worst Casey’s I’ve been thought I’ve too over 50 stores in 4 different states this is a horrible store

What's the point of having a card reader that offers cash back if you don't want to give customers cash back???? Update the card readers so you won't have any more confusion

This is a horrible store, on two separate occasions I have payed for gas and went to pump it and the pump not work correctly twice and both times all the money from the transaction was taken but I received no gas. I understand how the system works, however this is unacceptable to continuously happen. I know this corporation will do absolutely nothing about it so I figured I'd leave a warning for others.

Stopped this morning to fuel up. They were maybe 3 pumps that were open the rest had the yellow bags on them indicating they were out. It's happened before. No real pizza but mostly slices that have been there all day garbage over flowing by the pumps they they have baffoons running the place or the owner is one. Such high hopes for this place when they were building ot gas station nearby with food that they advertised but it's turning into a ghetto garbage over flowing sore!!!
