Hit or miss on the food needs consistency
I’ve tried to continue ordering from here since the food is good but between the constant change of ownership and high turnover on staff it keeps disappointing. Staff needs a big update on their customer service skills. Ordered a pizza for pick and they call after the pick up time to inform they’re out of stock smh . I’m already on my way call earlier. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they couldn’t even do that.

Our family had the bbq chicken pizza, thin crust cheese, and grilled chicken salad delivered for dinner, and everyone loved it — even the picky younger ones. The bbq chicken pizza has a sweet & smoky sauce that was delicious, and the thin crust cheese was loaded with real cheese on a perfectly crunchy crust. The salad was crisp & fresh and loaded with piping hot chicken breast. Making a family of 8 happy is no easy task. Thanks, Bert’s Pizza!

Stopped by with my daughter for lunch. The bartender Ashley was prompt in coming to the table and starting us with some drinks. The attentive service continued throughout the meal. Cheese fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned. Smash Burger was juicy and prepared correctly. Chicago Dog on point, and the Italian Beef’s beef to bread ratio was perfect. Get it with cheese and giardiniera.

Losers. I ordered pizzas 2 hours ago and they're still not here. We were told they would be here within the hour. Used to be a good pizza delivery service but no longer recommended

I ordered 2 pizzas an hour and 45 minutes ago. They said they would be here within the hour. There still isn't any pizza here. Apparently, this company is going through changes, not good ones. The name is changing to Bert's pizza they don't deliver anywhere close to on time. They don't even deliver I was sent a series of texts that said my pizza was on the way from Uber and had already been delivered. I called and they apologized and said the pizza ha just been picked up and should be here shortly but I don't think so. I pre tipped the driver 8 dollars and now regret it poor service poor delivery. Used to be good pizza. Used to be good delivery. This is embarrassing. Not good.

First time here. Had the daily special. Reasonable price! Cheaper than eating at McDonald's. Sandwich was flavorful with a decent amount of fries. Atmosphere is smaller with full bar. Slot machines on the side for those who like that kind of thing. Noticed they had a pick up area for carryout option. Waitress/bartender was very kind and friendly.

My Airbnb host recommended we try this pizza joint and it was so good! The pizza’s were big too! We also got wings and they were AMAZING! Definitely recommend!

The jibarrito I had for dinner was heavenly imagine a big juicy moo moo made love and every ingredient it came with and the rice was so amazing jeez I'd go back for seconds if I could ?
