Rude. Location at Sheridan Road they’re very rude on the phone will hang up in your face because they don’t understand English. Simple questions regarding orders or deliveries cannot be answered. Because of language barriers.
A great service, the food was hot and freshly made, the place was very clean, the guy with the glasses who was cleaning gave me instructions and was very nice to me

This place really needs to hire better staff. I went through the drive-thru, and the person at the window was incredibly rude. When I asked for extra ketchup, he tried to charge me 25 cents per packet, even though I had ordered three meals and two kids' meals, and he only gave me two packs. I went inside to speak with the manager, but she took forever to come out, and then she accused me of lying! When I asked for the district manager’s contact info, she gave me the wrong phone number. After three tries, I finally got the correct one, but she kept changing the last digit. I don’t understand why the manager is always in the back and seems unaware of what's happening in the front. Why have a manager who doesn’t engage with customers and take care of issues? I called the correct number, and they promised someone would get back to me, but of course, no one ever did.
