Ordered a foot long for pickup at 12:44, needed to be ready at 1:35. I arrive at 1:35 just to watch the employee make the sandwich in my face. Made me late for work. Didn’t put any napkins in the bag. Place was empty, there was another employee just sitting in the back. Didnt catch their names but it was 2 female employees, one white and one Mexican.

They just served me frozen soup, literally a big frozen chunk in the middle of my soup

8 bucks for a salad , veggie only. But the only veggies are lettuce, green peppers, cucs, tomatoes , spicy peppers. What a rip off. The lettuce looked old and the tomatoes taste old. I would never buy a salad there again. I ate the salad in less than 10 bites. Each bite cost $.80. There are other better salads out there i.e. Lou Malnatis with better veggies but worth the price point. Even Wendy's got better salads at better price points. I was beyond disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Not many but you can make any sandwich or salad without the meat but you will be charged for the meat anyway.

Poor quality and low effort in making my subs! Ordered premium sub with double meat and received this! Not worth the price!! Two slices of roast beef on a foot long sub!!! Really!! Please don’t waste your money here!

Kid-friendliness: Bad customer service they don't care about their customers and never respect their hours of service second time I got to the store 20mns before closing time and the store is already closed!!!
I don't know how corporate can rent their name to this people they're only giving them bad reputation!!!

I ordered a cold cut combo an Italian BMT. Both were very good. The sandwiches were well made. These were the best Subway subs I've had in a long time.

Honestly pretty decent quality and service. Great for whole families.

This place is terrible with customer service. This is the second time now that my husband has ordered from them through door dash and they refused to give the driver the order because a letter didn't match on the order, yet the name and order matched. When he called the store to talk to them, the man yelled at him and told him he already told the door dash driver that he wasn't giving her the order. I don't know what their problem is at this location but I highly advise you all stay away from it!!
