Good eating. The downside is you have to walk to them now if you are in a truck. The place next door where we used to park put up no truck signs. I understand. Some flip flops wearing habib threw trash on the ground and ruined it for us. It used to be we policed ourselves, but now if you try to teach a scumbag truck driver a lesson, lawyers and cops have to get involved.
the food at this place was excellent!! I wasn't sure what to expect from a food truck in the middle of nowhere at a gas station, but I was pleasantly surprised! there's not really any place to park, but it's a food truck so...... if I was ever in beardstown again and looking to grab a bite to eat this would be my first stop, FOR SURE! I had Asada and Camarones Tacos on flour tortillas with the cilantro and onion mix served with limes and choice of hot or mild...
OK this place is legit. I lived on the west coast for long time and have had a hard time finding good Mexican food since I moved to Illinois. Now I’ve only been to this truck once but dang I think I finally found the food I’ve been missing. These guys cook up some legit Mexican food. Just know that they barely speak any English and only accept cash! Thank you hermanos!
