The only thing making this restaurant survive is that it’s in a small town with basically nothing else available!!! If I could give it a NEGATIVE star review I would!! They can never get an order correct…if it’s not one thing wrong it’s another!! Wrong drink, 0 condiments given (0 ordered sauce for the chicken nuggets in bag), 0 ketchup in bag, 0 napkins in bag…AND when trying to call and speak to management they don’t answer the phone and send it to voicemail

Ordered a hot fudge sundae, the key thing is “hot fudge”.
What I got and observed them do through the drivethru window was cold chocolate squeezed out of a plastic bottle. It wasn’t hot fudge
I’m ordering and paying for hot fudge and this McDonalds is not providing the product that I ordered and paid for.

McDonald's in Beardstown Illinois has poor work and even worse customer service. I pay for extra cheese slices, and extra dip cups and never receive them. I sometimes have food missing from my order or stuff even built correctly. Nothing is done to make it right. I called and spoke to the evening shift manager about food missing from my order and stuff being put together incorrectly she asked what I wanted done about it and I told her they need to double check orders from everyone before that hand it to any customer. Everything is printed bold on a receipt and easy to read. I was talking to her calmly and she hung up on me then when I called back refused to answer. I have been in the store and on multiple occasions witnessed the managers cussing at customers including myself and their staff. They have no care about quality or customer service.

Terrible, they are more busy talking than doing the orders correctly. I went for a cheeseburger and the cheese was super cold and the girl I made the comment to was very rude, after crossing words regarding the cheeseburger that she claims that the cheese is always cold and I always ask for the same thing and it is the first time it happens to me, she told me to park and wait and it took more than 10 minutes, I had to enter the store for the cheeseburger and the girl who attended me had no idea since she had not told her that there was someone waiting for an order. When she handed me the order, I checked it again and the girl had apparently crushed them because that's what the cheeseburgers looked like, crushed in a bad way. I proceeded to leave them the order because I don't know what else they were going to be able to do. But the girl was never able to show her face even to apologize. 0 recommended terrible service

I just waited forty minutes to order for this manager to tell me they did not put my order in and I have to go back around and order again because they can’t make an order at the window

A old ass mcrib, I literally paid for a large Choco milkshake, and they gave me a medium, went back thru the line and asked the young woman for my receipt just to make sure they charged me for a medium instead of large she said just to go back to the other window and they'll give me a large.. they made me sit there for 15 min while they talked and bullshitted around an then said no they couldn't because I bought a medium. Look it's only a couple dollars difference, idc, but don't hold people up and waste our time. I'm a tech serv, an have a schedule that needs met, bullshitting around and wasting my time makes it to where I cant do my job and fix whatever emergency I was supposed to. Very unprofessional.
