A old ass mcrib, I literally paid for a large Choco milkshake, and they gave me a medium, went back thru the line and asked the young woman for my receipt just to make sure they charged me for a medium instead of large she said just to go back to the other window and they'll give me a large.. they made me sit there for 15 min while they talked and bullshitted around an then said no they couldn't because I bought a medium. Look it's only a couple dollars difference, idc, but don't hold people up and waste our time. I'm a tech serv, an have a schedule that needs met, bullshitting around and wasting my time makes it to where I cant do my job and fix whatever emergency I was supposed to. Very unprofessional.

Really bad service especially drive thru. Order is wrong. Food is usually cold and nasty. Not fit to eat.
I ordered a large french fry and a medium water. When they rang up the order I noticed that they charged me a $1.00 for a glass of water. Ask them to please cancel the water because I didn’t want to pay a dollar for water. The employee said just pull around to the window and she will fix it there. I pulled around to the window and was told “well you paid through the app, so I dont think I can fix it.” Ask them if they could just refund the amount since it was already paid for. She said “tell the girl at the window and she’ll take care of it”. After getting my refund for the water, they hand me a bag, and I pulled away It was the wrong order. I went back through the line and told them it was the wrong order. They said to pull around, and they will take care of it. I’ve already waited 10 to 12 minutes in line and had to wait another 10 mins to just get my french fry. I pulled up to the first window and she said the second window will take care of. I pulled up to the second window and she Was like oh I guess that was the missing order. Then she asked me if I ordered the sweet tea which I had not. I said no I just need a large french fry. After some confusion, I handed them my receipt and said I didn’t get the french fry. I got the burger and I just need a french fry. Then, she turns around and with the drive-through window open starts arguing with a coworker about who’s fault it was. So after 20+ minutes, I finally got my french fries, no water, no apology. I pass by this McDonald’s at least once a week and I’ve never stopped and will never stop again. It’s worth the wait to go to the next town. I would give the McDonald’s zero stars if I could.

A good and bad location. The folks who take your order in the drive thru are always very kind, and that one guy is just the best. I love him.
On the other hand, the management is very very poor. Ordering on the app? Forget it. Orders through the app are always treated as the last priority, rather than just as important as other orders. Service isn’t great, but the workers are kind, but the manager is not. The manager seems to give everyone the evil eye. Like, I’m sorry man, I just want my McChicken what did I do ?

Went to McDonald's today and ordered some hotcakes and sausage pulled up to the drive thru and I was told to pull forward I couldn't pull forward because there was 3 or 4 cars already pull forward mcdonalds please fix this

Kid-friendliness: There's a play place that hasn't changed for the last 20 years or so
Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking and handicap tables
