Closed the dining room on Thanksgiving the drive thru was a half mile long and when you finally got to the window the little girl acted like she couldn't be bothered, handed you your order and never said a word.

Seems like this dunkin donuts needs new management to get this place in order the employees suck and therefore so does the service. Get it together Dunkin!

I love Dunkin! But it's questionable if your order is going to be right. I order for multiple people, so I don't know at the window of my order is correct and you need a receipt and wrong product for it to be fixed.

Thru the drive through I ordered a chocolate long John and a Vanilla sprinkle donut. Their donuts could have been a little bit softer but other than that it was okay. Fresh would have been nice too. A nice snack after dinner is always worth waiting! Except this time it was a little less satisfying. It was a lady who took my order and she was nice. No complaints there.

Every time you go there you have to ask them to please put a wax paper between the chocolate donuts. Normally they just throw them all in a bag and then they're stuck together in one clump. It always seems like you're putting them out if you ask for that extra service. Also every couple of months it seems like the donuts are getting smaller and smaller but the price keeps going up!

Handed me an extra large hot coffee with the lid not on through the drive thru. Watched as the whole thing spills all over me and my car and i scream in pain. Asks if I would like some napkins.No are you ok or do you need some help would you like a free coffee can we pay to get your car washed now that we spilled 32oz of hot coffee all over it and you. Nothing. Trash.

Husband and I just went through the drive through, lady who was taking the orders was rude and kept interrupting. They messed up one of the coffees and was argumentative that it was not her fault. I've NEVER been to a Dunkin where the staff was that rude and I've been to MANY!
