Brought an entire baseball team into the Peotone Mc Donald’s. We were greeted with unkind behavior. Also the comment was made by the person handling out food over the counter that they will only announce the food one time. Horrible customer service. After receiving our food I went back to the counter to get a drink refill. I was told we don’t do drink refills. I have never been in a Mc Donald’s that doesn’t give free refills. I ask to talk to the manager who was not friendly at all. She explained that no refills is there store policy. I ask if it is posted somewhere. She replied that it used to be during Covid but the sign has since been removed. I have been to many Mc Donald’s across many states and have never been in one that doesn’t offer drink refills. It is safe to say I will never step foot in the Peotone Mc Donald’s again.

Breakfast McDonald's here is great. Dinner not so much, it's always dry or undercooked. Service is about what I expect, polite/neutral interactions with the staff. They just remodeled the place and it's really nice inside.

We came thru drivethrew on sat 6-3-23 customer service was the best I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s Food was so fresh which also was a plus keep up the good worth cause yous are a five star and employees keep smileing and being so friendly we will be back

It is literally 11:59 a.m. on Sunday excuse me Saturday the 11th of March I walked into the McDonald's you own in Beecher and I told the young girl at the counter that I wanted the double bundle with no veggies and she looked at me sideways so I told her I don't know exactly what it comes with but I only want condiments on it she asked one more time and the picture came across your screen above her head again and I said well it looks like there's pickles and onions on it so I don't want the pickles and onions turned around because the customer behind me had said something about she could not chew the vegetables either thanks to dental work. But when I turn back around the manager was there and I asked her what the problem was when she informed me that I was being aggressive well I canceled my order and my friends order and informed her that if she thinks I was being aggressive maybe she needs to go back over her tapes but I want you linman family to understand I'm done with your businesses until you hire people that understand the concept of what you don't want on a sandwich and don't have to run to a manager to cry that someone's being aggressive because you don't understand what vegetables go on the sandwiches in your establishment stop it there

The staff at this location were nice and fast. The bathrooms were also very clean. I would recommend this McDonalds to anyone who loves french fries and cheeseburgers. Yum.

The managers and lady at the drive Thur this morning 10/7/21. Was extremely unprofessional and rude! The service was terrible! Pls stay away from this place!

So I am wondering why every time I go through this drive-through they want me to pull into a spot. There's no one else in line and yet they say 'Can you put to spot 2?' Why do I have to pull spot 2? Then, when I refused to pull spot 2 (when there's literally nobody in line) they throw my food at me. Why is it OK to always pull in a spot in the drive-through when there's nobody in line?That's cooking the books to get a better time (fake) on the drive thru serve times. I like to watch my food getting put in the bag and why does it have to be exposed to the weather when no one else is in line. It is ludicrous. The kid says to me.. ' you have to, there's no choice'... Really? No choice, how about a refund, then a red-headed man child comes to the window and throes my food at me.

I have only used the drive thru but whomever works their window at about 6am needs to learn proper customer service and manners. Rude beyond rude.

Me and a friend were in the drive-thru I told the employee we had two different orders of course the little rude punk told me that only one order per car because that's the drive-thru rules even though we're going through a pandemic he said we could go inside and order not to mention there were no other cars in the drive thru behind us ... every restaurant in America will let you offer separately in the drive thru right now .. we will never step foot in this place again ....

The service is nice and friendly. But sometimes closer to closing the quality of food goes down. The fries taste like they have been sitting for awhile. It is what it is when it's the only restaurant in town open late.

Ordered 2 plates of scrambled eggs and 2 diet cokes and it was 8$. My plate was 90% empty and I was like that's it. Such a rip off and will never come here again. Even my girlfriend was like what the heck.

The tea iced tea was very watery they gave me chicken nuggets instead of tenders and my fries I eat my fries first we’re cold I will never go to the beach or McDonald’s again ever will not recommend that McDonald’s ever except to don’t go there .
