Im done here. I've been here only a few times where I had no issues. Granted, it is fast food that's why I don't expect or receive great service but when you charge almost $5 for 2 large unsweetened iced teas, at the very least I expect it to be fresh. And when its fresh, you can see through it. As you can see in the picture, I got what looked and tasted like old, dirty tea, the kind that's been sitting for a few days or has been brewed on top of old tea repeatedly. Looking at the other reviews, this place has been more down than up for years. I don't see anything changing anytime soon.

The 2 female morning managers are the worst people to have for custom service. This is the 2nd random day and 3rd breakfast sandwich with folded eggs that were completely disgusting and spoiled. I get told weeks ago basically I'm a liar bc nobody else has complained about the eggs being bad and then today my husband is called a liar too. Just bc only one person complains about something doesn't disprove their claim it just means OTHER PEOPLE have lives and are on the move and going about their day bc of a thing called a schedule, not everyone can go back to the location to complain or want to waste their time. Their resolve was to tell us to not order their sandwiches again.... I guess some people are unaware of a REAL thing called nose blindness which basically means if your in a building and smell a smell for a prolonged period of time you won't be able to smell the bad smells outsiders can it's why cat people don't understand they and their homes smell like cat piss.... These females must be owners bc there's no way I would allow anyone to run my business and tell a customer their wrong or to not purchase something from my business again it's horrible service, and you NEVER argue with a customer and say their wrong. They need to just keep their mouths shut and accept when their wrong and accept being confronted about THEIR bad food. Don't order breakfast from this McDonald's!!!! There is a nice little restaurant down the street called Niro's Gyros 632 Dixie Hwy, Beecher serves breakfast and I have NEVER had bad food or service from them.

I bought 2 items and I only get 1 bbq sauce. I wanted a second one and they charged me 27 cents. This mcdonald's has been stingy as hell about bbq sauce for YEARS! meanwhile I went to the bradley location asked for bbq with no purchase I was given 3 for free. So idk why this location is so stupid about bbq sauce it ain't coming out your paychecks is not that deep.

went to McDonald’s today they messed up our order. The Manager is very disrespectful started screaming at me when they are the ones that Did not give me my food that I that I paid for. They tried to charge me again for the items that I paid for saying that I did not get charged for the items until they clearly look at the receipt and tells me to move up to the second window very ignorant The boss is ignorant and disrespectful very disappointed

Small McDonalds, more like an express only a few tables. It would be nice to teach the kids making the food that you're supposed to stack the lettuce meat cheese on on top of the other. Sometimes I've gotten burgers here where the meat isn't even in the bun. Also very uneven use of condiments yesterday I found a spot ketchup on the edge they basically missed the sandwich, the paper was full of ketchup the sandwich hardly had any. Two days ago I ordered a fish filet and added extra tarter sauce as the one the week before had very little, so this time when I received my fish filet it was the other extreme gushing with enough tartar sauce cover six sandwiches, I can't over state this. Way too much! McDonalds food just keeps getting worse and it is outrageously priced too. Sit down restaurants have much better burgers for that price, and sometimes less.

Honestly it was going well until I went up for a refill on my Coke. Another location that doesn't do refills on beverages. I wish Mcdonald's knew how much their franchise partners are hurting the brand by doing this.
