One of the older white ladies, who takes your order, was very very rude. I was literally the nicest person to her, and she continued to roll her eyes at me and snatched thing from my hand. She’s lucky I’m in a good mood today. Not to mention that the Nuggets I ordered were hard as rocks. I’m never going back here again. I spoke with the manager and she was also very rude. She pretty much told me that she would talk to the lady but I doubt that she will. I get that working fast food can be irritating sometimes, but when you have a nice customer in front have you there’s no reason to have that type of attitude.
I have been to this location many times this year. I am usually not satisfied with something. It's usually the fries. They are VERY rarely fresh. Today again fries were cold NOT fresh. I went early, at 11am, why cold food at that time !?! EVERYONE wants fresh food. Customers should not have to ASK for fresh anything to get it . Very disappointing and annoying !!

I went to McDonald today and I ordered double bacon pounder and I never got my bacon on my burger, didn’t get ketchup not even the bbq sauce I asked for. The least the workers can do is double check to make sure it’s the right order before giving the customers. Overall the food was alright.

Breakfast McDonald's here is great. Dinner not so much, it's always dry or undercooked. Service is about what I expect, polite/neutral interactions with the staff. They just remodeled the place and it's really nice inside.

I had ordered food through the drive thru area, drove around to pay and it started with the cashier at the first window. The ignorance and behavior of these young people working there is atrocious.She took my money and I drive up to the next window where there are 2 more young girls working getting drinks. I don't think they realized I could actually hear them talking and making fun of me. Then the first girl I had paid came over to the second window and pointed me out to her co-workers and they all started laughing at me.Apparently they must not receive any type of training in how to deal with customers. They won't be getting my business anymore. Corporate would be ashamed of the way these people show no respect to the customer who is buying their products.
