New to the whole smoothie/shake meal replacement stuff, I stopped in and was greeted by a super nice guy who helped me figure out what I wanted. I got a banner nut bread shake and omg it was amazing. I came back the next day to try a smoothie he mentioned and boom another delicious cup of happiness, now I just keep going. Some people Starbucks,I neighborhood nutrition!

Great atmosphere, love they have activities and instruments for kids to play with. I highly recommend the mix berries shake, really filling! Would definitely return!

I absolutely love, love, love this place! The drinks and protein pops are AMAZE and the people are so nice, especially my favorite Aunt Sandy who works there! The decorations are also very beautiful and the atmosphere is very cozy!

The owner is really friendly and the workers really helped me out with the menu. I can’t have dairy products and they let me read the ingredients for everything I wanted. They explained everything in detail and provided a great customer experience. Skip the soda and the iced coffee and get something great tasting and healthy from these folks. Will be back for sure!

I love going into neighborhood nutrition! I have tried different tea’s and shakes and have loved them all! Even the oatmeal! My daughter goes there also for math tutoring by Sandy, who by the way is awesome! Not only are the shakes and teas great but so are the employees!! Stop by there and check it out!
