Went for the Wednesday half price hamburgers! We weren't disappointed. Definely make reservations and get there when they open!

It was our very first time here and the service and staff was top tier! We absolutely love the atmosphere, the low lighting & fireplace created such a great experience! Obviously the food was delicious!! The staff had been clearly trained properly and they have great staff that cares enough to implement that training. After your food is delivered they come right back within about 3 minutes to make sure everything is okay after your first couple bites!! I thought that was such a clear indication of their customer care. Our only negative criticism was the orange sauce for the duck dinner, it was very rough it did not match the quality of anything else. My wife loves duck and we've had it at at several restaurants across the country, so we say this from experience and real foodies. Duck lovers know how important that sauce & glaze is! I hope the chef really reconsiders a completely new & fresh sauce because that is not it at all. The staff is aware that it's not great also, so I'm not sure why they haven't changed it.

One of my favorite places to have a perfectly prepared dinner. The food never disappoints. Portions are large, so taking home enough for tomorrow's lunch is always possible. The service is really great. Most of the servers have been there for a long time so they know the menu well and are attentive without being obsessive. My favorite on the menu is the Tournedos of Beef. The sauce over them is wonderful.

It's not fancy, but if you like old style steakhouse it's hard to beat. Consistently an excellent meal.

Love this place. Food is amazing Drinks are made well. Please except reservations next year on New Years Eve. It’s obnoxious that you have all these people standing around waiting.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at The Princess Cafe. This was our first time at Princess - it will not be our last. The service was exemplary (Giselle) and the food was delicious. From start to finished one of the very best restaurants in this area.

I went here after more than a year, so I'm looking forward to it. The table relish tray is gone, which may seem like such a small thing but was really part of the whole experience of going. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, which came out as 4 pcs of shrimp laid on a lettuce leaf served with a to go container of cocktail sauce 😔. Part of going to this beautiful place is the atmosphere and the experience. The food was amazing, and dinner was great, but for the price, please put a little more effort into being the amazing dining experience you were in the past. Save the to go containers for takeout.

Very good food. My wife had the medallions, and I had the ribeye. Both were excellent

Service was great. Everthing else...not so much. The 4 little meatball appetizer seemed like frozen meatballs in a tasteless sauce. The steaks are exoensive. Did have Steak Diane. It was pretty good but better as a leftover the next day. The French Onion soup was just mediocre. Lots of cheese but lacking in flavor. The Bloody Mary tadted like a Virgin one...could not taste the vodka. When asked how it tasted, I said I could not taste any alcohol, my waitress said it was the kind of drink that sneaks up on you, even tho you cant taste the liquor. I said, I don't think so, but she just walked away. She never said she'd rake it back and add more vodka.
All in all...it was pretty disappointing. It was our anniversary dinner but we could have done better at home and saved $140.00.
I always wanted to go here since I'd heard so many good things about tje restaurant. But sadly, I doubt we'll be returning.
