I placed an order online a few weeks back. Called them to cancel it as I wasn't going to be able to make it on my lunch break. They still took my money. Wrote corporate, got an email from the owner. Still haven't refunded my money. Emailed the owner informing them that after two weeks I still haven't received my refund. No response. Can't recommend avoiding this place enough, terrible people running the place.
I come here all the time and the store is very clean compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal is a hard worker and a people person and you will see her if you come here. She's working here everyday. No flies in the store compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal really took my breath away.
