I placed an order online a few weeks back. Called them to cancel it as I wasn't going to be able to make it on my lunch break. They still took my money. Wrote corporate, got an email from the owner. Still haven't refunded my money. Emailed the owner informing them that after two weeks I still haven't received my refund. No response. Can't recommend avoiding this place enough, terrible people running the place.

I come here all the time and the store is very clean compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal is a hard worker and a people person and you will see her if you come here. She's working here everyday. No flies in the store compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal really took my breath away.

My favorite Subway! The customer service is always great! My sandwiches are always made to perfection! They taste great every single time. They accept coupons as well which is great!
Been going to this Subway since they opened generally only can go when they have the coupon for buy one get one free. Presented coupon to employee he stated that owner of business changed register to not accept coupons. Asked employee to speak to manager he stated there is no manager available. At this point could not pay for both sandwiches due to financial difficulties had to leave business. Will not go to that Subway franchise again.

Stopped in on the run and thought these guys did a fantastic job. It was like they actually cared about what they were doing. Imagine that! Definitely a great Subway.

Absolutely terrible. First, they said they didn’t have my online order after I had pre paid for it, and I ordered a BLT and the worker put on the bacon then put all the toppings on. Another worker pointed out she didn’t cook the bacon, so she proceeded to DIG THROUGH THE SANDWICH and take all of the bacon off to try and cook it again. DISTGUSTING, horrible, and slow despite there being 3 workers.
