I come here all the time and the store is very clean compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal is a hard worker and a people person and you will see her if you come here. She's working here everyday. No flies in the store compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal really took my breath away.

Been going to this Subway since they opened generally only can go when they have the coupon for buy one get one free. Presented coupon to employee he stated that owner of business changed register to not accept coupons. Asked employee to speak to manager he stated there is no manager available. At this point could not pay for both sandwiches due to financial difficulties had to leave business. Will not go to that Subway franchise again.

Absolutely terrible. First, they said they didn’t have my online order after I had pre paid for it, and I ordered a BLT and the worker put on the bacon then put all the toppings on. Another worker pointed out she didn’t cook the bacon, so she proceeded to DIG THROUGH THE SANDWICH and take all of the bacon off to try and cook it again. DISTGUSTING, horrible, and slow despite there being 3 workers.

Place was really clean. The crew was working really well together. There were 5 of us and they had us through in less than 10 minutes. Very pleasant experience.
Went there this evening, worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. First and foremost, my boyfriend and I were only greeted by the young male worker (seemed to be his first day and he was doing great btw), who then went to go get the older white woman (who I was guess was training him?). Anyways, once the woman is behind the counter, she is constantly rolling her eyes while taking our order, huffing and puffing when we added a few extra things to the sandwiches, and is being entirely rude to the worker who had to be no older than 16 years old. She’s saying things like, “move!” “grab this!”, and overall embarrassing this young man and making this a very uncomfortable situation for not only the customers, but the poor trainee. I just hope her terrible customer service skills do not rub off on this young man during training. Bad work days are understandable but I could never imagine acting like this, especially not to someone who’s clearly just starting out. Do better subway lady!
