Went to belvidere Arby’s Christmas Eve for take out. Imagine my surprise when my turkey bacon ranch sandwich when we got home had no turkey or bacon. Never going back

Went to eat a turkey sandwich less the mayonnaise and Swiss cheese. It was a good sandwich, but found the stuffing was not what I expected, stronger than I thought. Was still good.

Good was decent, however getting just 3 combo meals and a kids meal was $50. For Arby's. It's Arby's, not an actual steak house. I will never go back here for that price.

All the Worker's there should get a raise and a one week vacation because I just love how they treated me like I'm family and especially making sure that my order is hot and fresh. And I had a great conversation with them employees while I wait for my food as it came fast like clockwork. And I am so please and satisfied that I can't wait to go back and buy more because of their quality service and once you step inside it is peaceful and the other customers are nice there as well and you can just relax and be happy because you feel so welcome like you are at home. But other than that y'all keep up the excellent work and whoever is reading this make your stop here because it is worth your time getting your Delicious food Real Talk!

Went to Arby’s last night at 9:40pm. Was advised we could not have any fry items cause the fryers had already been shut down. That included fry’s for the meals. Was very disappointed I understand it was late but still had 20 minutes until closing time. As soon as went drove out of the drive-through they tuned all the lights off it was still 9:45pm I know this cause we were trying to figure out what to eat. Do better Arby’s if you are going to close early change the hours.

I visited Arby’s for takeout and was extremely disturbed to witness an employee with colored hair reach into her sleeve to scratch her armpit, then immediately use the same hand to handle fries without washing her hands.

Came here to grab a quick bite. I saw they had the gobbler sandwich and I had to try it.
Sandwich was good. The meat was juicey and perfectly seasoned.
