Midwest. Wintertime. If I'm interacting with the air outside, I've got a big coat on. Classic stuff.

I'm hopping out of my ride in the parking lot - I got a big coat. I head in to use the bathrooms.

Stall one - the coat hanger is busted. Bummer, but hey, the first stall is always the worst.

Stall two - someone didn't flush but no biggie. Ah crud! Still no hanger, and I'm not sitting on the toilet with my coat on....that coat is gonna touch some stuff it don't need to. Onward.

Stall three - still no hanger! Screw holes for one, sure, but nothing to hang anything on.

Every stall checked was missing the hanger. What's the plan here? I don't see a coat check anywhere and I'm not trusting my coat to some yahoos in the plaza....

Anyhoo, the bathrooms were about bare minimum cleanly. Whatever. I figure it out. It's not easy balancing, but I don't think I gotta incinerate my coat.

Time to wash the hands....oh good, they got paper towels dispensers! Check the first one and it's empty....they're all empty. Shoot, my wife tells me the ladies is also empty! Come to think of it....every time I've been here, they've been empty.

They got some air dryers but...it's winter time. I don't want slightly damp hands in the frigid air. I just want clean, dry hands.

I don't think they stock the paper towel holders.

For using the facilities, this place stinks, literally and figuratively.

I usually stop here while traveling thru Chicago. Nothing is ever open in the skyway besides McDonald's.

Great place for a break along the way

I needed help with my Pay by Plate account. They have a help center there. It was very busy but the woman who helped was great. Reset my account while also supporting her co-worker who seemed to struggle with the computer system.
The oasis itself is huge, clean and offers food.

Loved this neat and clean place - built on top of the highway. We were glad that we stopped here.

A comfortable rest area to enter and exit where we find all kinds of food for the whole family.

Need place to stop at while you're on the road variety of food it's clean safe well lit areas
