Was treated very badly! Went thru the drive thru, when I received my order a McDouble was missing, I took the bag inside and told the lady working the front that I was missing a burger. She yelled at me and said you didn’t order a McDouble, I said yes I did. She continued very loudly no you didn’t you didn’t pay for it. I said yes I did! She yelled and said do you want me to pull the order up, I said I’ll be back. Went to my car got the receipt and said here I paid for it! She ignored me, yelled to the back I NEED A. MCDOUBLE, threw it I. The bag and I said do t you want to see the receipt now, she said no! I said you didn’t have to be so rude to me. You’re very rude. She said yea I get that a lot!!! She’s a very nasty rude person!!!!!

Had to give it a 1-star because the system doesn't allow you to give "no stars". This was hands down a "ZERO STAR" meal. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese thru the drive-thru at 1:50pm today. Entire meal was thrown away. Fries were cold & stale tasting. Burger was completely pink! I will NEVER visit that location again.

the ice cream machine is not BROKEN youre just LAZY. The employees don't want to do their job. The three times i've been here and ordered a smoothie or mcflurry the machine is "broken" or they "don't have it." Why are these people even being paid if they can't do their job??

Tried their "crispy" chicken sandwich and once again they failed. There was nothing crispy about it. The french fries were stale and cold as well as only filled a little over half full. I don't know why I keep trying them.

This Mickey's is much better than the other D'S in Belvidere...and that one isn't horrible. Maybe it's under new management (judging by previous reviews) because I always get pleasant, quick service and my order is always complete. No complaints

Night crew just doesn't give a s**** plain and simple. I've ordered multiple times here and I'm done. First mistake I wanted a McChicken with my order and was given no Chicken just the buns and light mayo. Multiple times since my orders of McChickens have been wrong, all I usually get is a McChicken No Lettuce Light Mayo and it always ends up wrong. I either get Lettuce with no mayo or extra mayo no lettuce or just a regular McChicken. Just went up there with my girlfriend and ordered 2 plain Cheeseburgers. COULDN'T EVEN GET THAT RIGHT. Got everything and more on it. But they got the other one right???? Makes no sense. Better off going to the one down the street across from Walgreens. Sad excuse of a chain restaurant.

Overall a couple mistakes were made on my orders in the past, but it seems to have been worked out. They haven't made one for a few months. Annoying drive through times though.

Order a big breakfast with hotcakes. Meal brought out to me fast. Missing butter for my biscuits and pancakes. Wait 20 minutes to get butter in line. Food is cold then. Should have a line for wrong and forgotten orders

The staff at this McDonald’s is always polite to me. Wether in drive-thru or inside. If there was ever any complications with my order they immediately corrected it for me. I have seen a lot of rude customers come through and the staff has always been polite to them.

Great to have the remodel done and to see the service is still great and the food too. Nice to have the seating updated and the service still the same. We like stopping in to sit and watch the cars go by and now we have a clear view of the road.

The remodeling looks great,(7-4-2019) However, the service needs the same overhaul. The manager needs more training....6 years serving food...is not managerial training. I suggest less emotion in decisions and more on facts. The menu board malfunctions and only half the menu is shown, the windows to correct orders due to the missing menu panel was not manned, as the manager thought and the blame for these shortcomings are not the staff's responsibility .........they are the managers. Don't blame the staff, this should be a team effort and filling the food order, with the correct food will happen naturally.
