Employees are rude, and drive thru wait time is ridiculous- any time of the day. They open at 6am, and I got there at 630. Not one person in front of me, and I STILL waited 6min for a 3pc French toast, just for it to be cold too. Another time, i ordered an icee, and she gave it to me as liquid. So I asked for the other flavor, and she gave it to me liquid as well. Why not just tell me they aren’t ready? So I asked for a refund and she rolled her eyes. No common sense, or manners. Definitely don’t recommend. UNLESS you’re really starving.

Ordered the whopper no cheese. I've been eating the whopper for many years, and at 87 yrs I believe this is the first non whopper, whopper I've ever had. It was basically missing everything a burger should have, tomato, lettuce only had one little piece, the bun looked like someone had sat on it for a shift before serving.
I've always have been a fan of Burger King and will continue to be but not at this franchise.
And for that I'm sorry cause being new to the area and this King is close. I'll give it one more try but this next time I'll look before I bite into it.
Sorry for this review, it's a first for me. Maybe better next time?

I had food delivered from their website at this location and they put the wrong food in the bag and the employees don't know how to fix that including a manager so not only am I out of my food but out of my money as well. I tried to get help from door dash since they are the 3rd party burger king used to deliver my food and they said they can't help me since I used the burger king web site. It's very frustrating...

I have never written a bad review. Today was a first for me. I have been to this Burger King many many times. I dont know why I keep going back. I have received burnt whoppers, wrong orders, cold food, stiff fries ( unless I ask for freshly made ) I am not a picky person. However, in todays economy we are all struggling and paying more for food, but that doesnt mean the quality of service and the way the food is prepped should be worse while paying more. Tonight i used my App to get my son the chicken fry/ French fry combo. We drive all the way home across town to find we had someones whopper sandwich. My son is autistic and so he eats only specific foods. So I grab the bag go back thinking oh they will be polite, NOPE. Pulled up in the drive threw, let them know with complete politeness on my part that i had the wrong order. I brought the order with me and the receipt was on the outside of the bag. She takes the bag from me and says what was your order suppose to be, I told her she yells it out to someone and hands me my proper order.... NO apology, NO nothing. I looked at her and simply said did you just take that whopper and throw it in the trash.. She said yes, I said you honestly could of offered for me to keep it seeing as I drove all the way home, got inside and had to come back across town to get the proper order. Not only did you not apologize, or ask if maybe I wanted a drink or something for my troubles but the least you could of done was offer to keep the food that was going in the trash anyways. I get it you have to check to make sure I am not scamming to get a free meal or a double meal but when I am showing you and tell you my name and just ordered on the APP and you can look back at your orders then you already know .... I was seeing red at this point..... They have officially lost mine and my families business. I have been kind and patient threw every messed up order for years only to be treated this way tonight.. it was the icing on the cake...... rant over
