Overall, every food item I’ve tried from Café on wheels/// amazing. Seasoned great reasonable price if you’re comparing it to every other food truck honestly, and it doesn’t take all day to make. Definitely try the jumbo cinnamon roll.
Awesome food one of the best burgers I've tried fries were cooked to perfection topped all that off with a cinnamon roll that was second to none

We had their food at the Rockton River Market yesterday and it was excellent! We'll be back!
The smash burgers are absolutely delicious! Fast and friendly service also! We will be back!
Tried for the first time tonight and wow the brisket is amazing. Grilled cheese brisket melts in your mouth and the parm garlic fries pair well.
Made us a couple smash burgers last minute before closing at swedish midsommer festival. Appreciate the customer service with that.

Cafe on Wheels' - $17 Primal Protein DelightAt first glance, the $17 price tag on Care in Wheels' Primal Protein dish gave me pause. However, curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to give it a try. The description promised hand cut potato fries topped with Ellsworth white Cheddar cheese curds, smothered in homemade brown gravy, loaded with smoked beef brisket, and drizzled with barbecue sauce. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The portion was generous, easily satisfying two people. My only minor gripe was that I wished there were more fries, but really, who says that? My husband, on the other hand, appreciated the abundance of meat and cheese. Let me tell you it is enough! As for the taste, it was divine. One thing to note is that Cafe on Wheels is still under construction, and while they do heat up the meat on the grill, it was warm, not piping hot. Personally, I prefer my meal fully hot. But overall, a delicious experience that I'd recommend to any brisket enthusiast.
