Always so fresh and so soft, great flavor. Light & fluffy, not overly dense.
Unprofessional and unapologetic staff: Placed a birthday cake and mini concha order a month ahead and when we arrived to pick it up on the day of the party they realized the order was never “put in” Gave us about 25 regular conchas, claiming they were the mini ones… At first they said they could replace the cake we ordered with a tres leches cake because they didn't have flour to make the regular cake then 15 mins passed and they decided they can make a regular cake. Was also charged $12 for a cute design and the cake was not that: there was no design at all. Disappointed.

The service provided by the cashier is terrible, she serves annoyingly and without attitude to the customer and in question my cake is not what I expected and they charged an extra $24 dollars for the drawing
