The cakes here are absolutely excellent — some of the best I’ve had. Unfortunately, the service doesn’t match the quality of the products. On more than one visit, I’ve stood at the counter where staff can clearly see me but do not acknowledge my presence or say something as simple as, “We’ll be right with you,” and instead continue working on what they are doing. On my most recent visit, the young cashier answered the phone while serving me and continued the call instead of putting it on hold to finish the transaction. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the younger staff members often seem to have an attitude, which makes the overall experience less welcoming.

I will only go back to order cakes, which for me is typically just once a year, but I hope the customer service improves.

I took my granddaughter to get donuts. The pastry and bread are delicious. And the flun cake was a wonderful surprise. You must try it.

It's one of the best bakeries if not the best bakery in B town. If you want the best bread, this is a place you will come and get it Julian Wendy, and all the staff are amazing. You can also get your birthday cakes here. It's awesome thank you very much to all the crew.

I ordered a cake from here got something totally different. The girl that attended us had a rude attitude. Wrote the name wrong even tho we repeated it more than 2 times to double check. Don’t recommend!

Best Tres Leches cake I have ever had!! And the lady at the counter was so kind. Thank you for the great birthday cake!

Always so fresh and so soft, great flavor. Light & fluffy, not overly dense.

Unprofessional and unapologetic staff: Placed a birthday cake and mini concha order a month ahead and when we arrived to pick it up on the day of the party they realized the order was never “put in” Gave us about 25 regular conchas, claiming they were the mini ones… At first they said they could replace the cake we ordered with a tres leches cake because they didn't have flour to make the regular cake then 15 mins passed and they decided they can make a regular cake. Was also charged $12 for a cute design and the cake was not that: there was no design at all. Disappointed.
