Belvidere, IL Service would have been better had the lady not acted as if it was a bother to take the order in the first place. Then she still entered the order wrong. I ordered a single, and of course, she entered it as a double, and I wasn't aware until the order was brought out!

11/10 every time. I personally love the fish dinner, pot roast, and the cheeseburgers. Cheese curds are always fantastic (I like mine with ketchup personally 🤫). Also real peanut butter, banana, caramel concrete mixers. The soup is fantastic. Everyone there is great, everything is always super clean, good fresh food, high quality, amazing service
I was very disappointed today..usually I like Culver's very much..today my hamburger was burnt around the edges and the bacon was very burnt..I was very hungry so I ate most of it but it just wasn't up to Culver's standards in previous visits..very disappointing

I love everything from here. The ice cream and chicken tenders are the best thing here. They need to bring back the thin bacon. Sometimes the bacon is over cooked and because of how thick it is. It’s like eating a burger with wood chips in it. I’ve just had filling done to my teeth so it’s hard to eat the bacon burgers sometimes.

I ordered 5 meals for myself and my family at the Belvidere, IL location. It was fairly busy. I ate half of my burger and found a large hair inside. My husband went to talk to the manager as I was extremely grossed out. The manager on duty was rude and straight to the point. Do we want money back on our card or cash. And only for the price of my burger! The Culver’s in Roscoe gave us a coupon for simply waiting too long. We will not be returning to this location again. We eat Culver’s at least once a week. This is horrible
