Order a cherry slushy for my daughter, as a treat for being good. This is what I got.All juice and a floating piece of ice on top. I would have rather they told me that their slushy machine was broken, if that was the case. I couldn’t believe they actually handed this to me through the drive thru window. Very disappointed.

Was there a month and a half ago and my significant other and I both got burgers. We ended up with the worst food poisoning. The food is so extremely overpriced too for what little food you even get. It definitely shouldn’t cost over $30 for two meals for fast food. Ridiculous.

Decided to try the new place in town. So terrible. My daughters hot dog bun was moldy. Luckily my wife saw it right away. I called to try to let them know but the guy that answered barely spoke English. I’m not sure he understood why I was calling but said to come come back and get a new one. No thanks. Then I started to eat my sundae and the peanuts on it were stale and mushy. Needless to say we won’t be back.

DONT EAT AT DAIRY QUEEN.There been a co worker Arely who will hand out wrong ice cream to customers and even tho customers has taken bite from their ice cream or even touched there food and gave it back for being wrong she will try to service it to the correct person. I don’t know about you guys but that’s disgusting to even hand out the food when another customer has taken bite from the billzard and touch handburgers instead of her throwing it out and asking for crew to re make it. Also when you ask for fresh food they don’t make it fresh they re heat your food your chicken strips can sit for hours and fry’s for hours and go bad but they don’t care they just heat it back up in the fryers even if it sat there for 3 hours. Anyone who has apply or wants to I wouldn’t work there if I was. They pick favorites to give the most hours to also if your someone the younger manger flirt with you get all the hours you want and they also lie to your face about them hiring to many people while they bring other family members from other location to work for them and load them up with all day shifts they well always make up excused to why you don’t have hours either to many employees as some have been quitting due lack hours. Or because you don’t your positions or they need help in this area a when you train in those area they still cut your hours.

Ate there once during the day and they weren't half bad. Went tonight through the drive thru. We don't live that far and the burgers were so cold we ended up throwing the majority of them out. We tried a bite or two but decided we didn't want to risk getting sick. Hopefully we don't fron the small amount we tasted. Overall they seemed okay during the daytime hours. But save your money at night. Not sure if it's a maturity thing of the people working during the day versus the ones working at night, but it seems to be a pattern at fast food restaurants in this town that they are typically better during the day

Do not go to this location!!This store is brand new and awful! Food was partially frozen, and half of it was missing. Called Corporate and they had so many complaints the person answering the phone knew the store number because they had already had 15 complaints for that day already!! And this was at 1:30pm!Don't bother trying to get me to come back to this location. The one in Cherry Valley is amazing and *always* good!

I ordered a small strawberry royal New York Cheese cake blizzard and only got half…there were no strawberries. I also ordered a 6pc chicken strip basket with large fries and got the equivalent of a small.

Food was so cold , Dam near frozen still, Tenders taste like a$$ , and so do their fries , Evrything was burnt but cold , how do you even manage to get food like that, They charge you a dollar a sauce smaller than McDonald’s ranch
