I was very disappointed as I had to wait a long time for my coffee and sandwich because of doordash orders coming in and they're getting those ready instead of waiting on the customers that are in line you need to hire more people for these orders that are coming through early ridiculous you're making more money hire more people

Today was my birthday and I didn't have the date set in my app to get any birthday rewards. I mentioned that to the team working and even though they didn't have to, they went above and beyond to make me feel special. Thankyou to the staff for being so kind and making my day!

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts located inside the Walmart at 2101 Gateway Center Dr on Sunday, August 8, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.

I ordered a simple hot coffee, but it took over 10 minutes to be prepared. During this time, no updates were provided, and the customers behind me were served before I even received my coffee order. I had to walk up to the counter and ask for my coffee, only to find that two associates seemed unsure of how to help, despite an empty cup sitting right in front of the coffee pot. It took a third associate to finally get my coffee ready, but to my disappointment, it was only lukewarm.

When I asked why the coffee was not hot, I was informed that this was how they serve it. While they did offer to make a new one, the associate’s response was quite indifferent, and there was no acknowledgment that the coffee might not have been served at the right temperature.

It seems that the staff could benefit from additional training, as they appeared uncomfortable handling a busy influx of customers, leading to unnecessary delays and a less-than-pleasant experience.

Going forward, I will be visiting the other Dunkin' location in Belvidere instead. If the Walmart location doesn’t step up its game, it wouldn’t be surprising if more customers start opting for the second location as well. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

I always have a great experience coming to this Dunkin' and ordering. They make excellent drinks and fresh donuts. The service is always great and helpful. I will definitely come back to this location!

Every time I’ve eaten there I’ve gotten sick to my stomach. I even quit working there because the owner is racist and hated me for absolutely no reason. I reported him to corporate so I hope something comes out of it.
