Normally my husband and I order from here all the time but today we got delivery and his sandwich has absolutely no meat. He gets the Beach Club which has extra turkey on it. But he got nothing at all. Proof of order in pictures.

Order taker never submitted our order. After 3 people, who came in after us, received their orders, I asked staff about our order. Even after we asked about our order, they continued to fill out two more orders. We never received an apology. One employee offered us a free drink! The staff could use customer service training. The whole atmosphere in the store was unfriendly. We will not be back.
I ordered a number 12 not a cheese sandwich. I brought it back immediately and 3 people saw no issues with it. The manager made excuses it was how the arranged the meat. There is no meat to rearrange. I will not be back!!!

They didn't deliver to the correct address and they didn't read some simple directions and cut my sandwiches in half. Making and delivering sandwiches isn't that difficult but somehow they aren't able to read. Food was good but service sucks. Also when I called about issues whoever answered was laughing and just said Hi when answering, very unprofessional tbh.

We ordered online for the first time, just ordered regular turkey sub with one just lettuce and turkey the other with more things on it, got our order cost us $45 for 2 subs and the order was completely wrong not sure if the app glitched, but when we called whoever answered the phone was just straight argumentative. Looking at the other reviews I can see why people have been complaining about the staff and customer service. Won't order from here again really disappointed.
