Usually I order this place for lunch and no problems. Today ended up with two warm and watery lemonades. After trying the Thai summer wrap, I became very nauseous and had stomach pains for hours. It also took over about 45 minutes to an hour for my food to be delivered and I’m just wondering how long it sat in the car before it was actually delivered. I most likely will not be ordering from here again due to fear of getting sick from something else.

Terrible. Legit, I kid you not the last 6 times I ordered evedytime they delivered or I got home there was at least 1-2 items missing. It's not hard to verify that orders are right. I did it. You can too. Be better. Do better.

My delivery driver was extremely friendly even after I gave unclear location information on my app order!! I am a truck driver and am not super familiar with the area, so it's my fault, obviously! She called me from in front of the location I was at, and we were able to get it sorted quickly. She even tried to make me feel better about MY mistake!I just wish I could remember her name so she could get proper credit, and hopefully a raise, she needs to be cloned and placed at all locations!I did ask for a couple of small alterations to my sandwich, the gargantuan, and it came out PERFECT!Jimmy John's overall is never a bad idea, and I will definitely remember this one when I am in the area.
