15 minute wait in line with only 1 car in front of me and no one inside. Was told their nuggets are frozen so no kfc bowls and none of the new nugget flavors. Asked for some tenders and they didn't have those either! It's a chicken place and they can't even serve chicken! Won't be back

Food was not very good like it use to be. Gave me stuff I did not order and was mostly tasteless..Service was so do.
Did not get 12 pcs chicken only 9 no thighs. Very disappointed.

First of all let me just start by saying they should definitely mop the floors but that's hard work for a broken ac with fans blasting on you, mixed up orders, and OK customer service. Would not recommend but if you need to go ahead.

Chicken tasted like it was days old and dripping with grease. It was also cold. Biscuits were cold and dry.
No one answered the drive thru, we were there for about 10 mins before leaving. What a joke.

We ordered the 2 pc dinner and the famous bowl combo. The food actually tasted better than the last few times we've been there. However, their drink machine was out of order for the customers (it's been that way for a while) and they didn't have ice. The only reason we keep coming here, which isn't often, is because the next closest location is 15 miles away.

How is this place still open? How does KFC allow a franchisee to completely destroy one of their restaurants? They NEVER have supplies. Today they don't have crispy chicken. Last time I came here they didn't have original chicken. The owner of this place deserves to be poor and homeless. How can you be so rich and so incompetent at the same time?
